大きな不満はなく普通のホテルです。トラム、地下鉄の駅からはそれなりに歩きますが、手前のオリンピックホテルとともによく見えていて迷うことがありません。プラハのトラムは高速でとても便利なので、交通に困ることなどはないでしょう。 朝食は十分においしくて満足、ただ団体客みたいな層を相手にしているようで、修学旅行風の小中高生やうるさいドイツ人の団体客(笑)が夜うるさかったりもしました。あと、これは特殊な事情かと思いますが、ロスバケしてスーツケースがなかったからか、スーパーで買ってきた飲み物やお菓子類などを全部、ベッドメーキングの時に捨てられてしまいました。たぶんチェックアウトしたのだと思われたんでしょうね。重要なものが含まれていたら、と思うとちょっと冷や汗ものでした。 全体的に清潔ですしちゃんとシャワーのお湯も出ますし私には安価で十分に良いホテルでしたよ。

O café da manhã é ótimo, o quarto é confortável e o banheiro é bom também. Tinham outros hóspedes jovens fazendo muito barulho mas acho que essa pode ter sido uma situação atípica. Incomoda um pouco o fato da cama de casal serem 2 camas de solteiro juntas, mas acredito que pelo preço que pagamos ainda é 5 estrelas.

Sluggish checkin staff. The name of the hotel is OLYMPIC CONGRESS and not TRISTAR. Hotels.xom/ Expedia ha e naned it incorrectly. The toilet door had no lock at All, the slit between the left and right door of toilet did not shut properly while the SEAT just was immediately opposite the same... Embarrassing! The cisern push button was broken ( but working). Room size ok but quite old fashioned Soviet style single beds and the room lamps. Over allnit fun!

A equipe foi atenciosa e dormimos muito bem, adoramos o quarto quentinho devido ao aquecedor, pois fomos no inverno. No entanto o quarto deixa a desejar na limpeza. No banheiro pisei em um pequeno caco de vidro, o tapete estava cheio de cabelo e tinha manchas em uma das toalhas. E tinha um par de meias usadas no armário que esqueceram de tirar.

La stanza grande e pulita,problemi con la chiave ogni volta al nostro rientro non funzionava, colazione abbondante con grande varietà e tutto molto ordinato e pulito. Il personale della reception un po stizzosi nelle risposte avendo io il problema della lingua inglese usavo il traduttore. Tranne una signora che era li il27 molto gentile e disponibile, grazie.

Un hotel bonito

The hotel is extremely difficult to find as it’s named Olympik. There are at least 2 hotels with the same name in the area. When you are in front of the entrance door you can finally see a small text saying Tristar. Coming from the metro station we also managed to miss 2 maps on the side of the big street, where Tristar is marked, as we were walking closer to the buildings. There’s only one chair in the room (which is common and understandable) but we couldn’t even get an extra chair, which should be possible upon request. The carpet in the room should have been changed for decades ago and the rooms in general need renovation. On the other hand, of course, all this keeps the price down. The included breakfast buffet is totally ok although the acoustics in the restaurant are terrible due to all the hard surfaces. The bathroom sink was clogged but besides that we have absolutely nothing to complain about the cleaning, the whole hotel was well cleaned. We would stay here again when on a budget.

The Mr. guys during the day today was so considerate and helpful I don’t have any complaints!

En lineas generales bueno. Facil transporte y habitaciones cómodas.

Business hotel abbastanza lontano dal centro di Praga ma ben concesso con i mezzi pubblici. Le camere sono pulite ma necessiterebbero un rimodernamento. Non vale i 120€ a notte che abbiamo pagato.

Sauber, klein, fein Ordentlich etwas hellhörig und das Frühstück ist klein aber alles da was man so brauch...preis Leistung ok
