Reception At our check-in, the person in the reception didn't recognise our reservation. So we showed the mail for the reservation. In addition to that, they asked us to print out there to confirm it. Room facility Shower room was partially-clogged.wifi was not accessible from my room.

Horrible place. Rooms are not clean, breakfast is a joke with birds casually eating it. The rooms are not fit for purpose. Staff are rude and even assaulted people I know. Avoid at all cost

The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming, clean rooms with shower, TV and air con. Good continental breakfast with unlimited tea and coffee. Free wifi. This is a budget hotel, so i cant understand other reviewers complaining about facilities as it was exactly as i expected it to be. The only downside was that rhe pool was unuseable as the water was green and hadn't been cleaned for a good while. Other than that, in a good location. Bus stops, banks and shops all one minute away. I would stay there again

Dirty bed Bed covers was not changed when arrived there until was too late 2am when i went to sleep dirty with big hairs on it. And they only could change it at 13:00 Disgatuing

Room was always cleaned, bathroom in poor condition, staff tried their best to make up, AC not needed. What spa?

Pegamos o quarto mais simples e tivemos problema com o chuveiro, que não esquentava. Mas no dia seguinte, nos transferiram para outro quarto, que era melhor e maior, e a experiência foi ótimo.

The property is very old. Everything is broken or not working. We need to ask for all the amenities. There was no towel. We had to ask for it. The first room we were given was impossible to live in. Then after complaining they changed our room but still was not as of expectation. Anyway, the staff behavior was up to the mark. They were very soft spoken. We only considered and didn’t ask for refund because of their good behavior. Breakfast was good as well.

You have to pay an additional city tax that is not spoken of until check in. Although hotels.com will tell you the final price you see is all

The staff was great but the property needed work, was dark. There were stains on bed sheets and towels. Water was freezing cold and the sink wasnt even working, to clarify only drops would come out.

First, they don’t provide shuttle rides to the airport as stated in their listing. Second: I asked to change room because of an horrible bathroom (sewage) odor. Then, we got “upgraded” to another room who at first semt fine. The sewage smell arrived later. There was no fan, and plenty of mold in the bathroom. Lastly: I asked twice for towels for 2 people and the evening receptionist came later with a mini towel (hand) and a huge one. The overall cleanness was very distinguish. There were stains on the bed sheet and very poor sound insolation. I travelled a lot and I must say this was a pretty deceiving and off putting experience.

The room and the hotel is extremely cold. I had to leave the heating on for 5 hours untill i can sleep in the room. The breakfast was limited in varieties mainly cakes. And the tea was cold. No hot milk. The breakfast room was freezing. I needed to wear my outdoor coat. The sink water was cold and weak. You need to leave it to run for an hour till it warms up.

A terrible hotel that is in serious need of renovation. There’s no running hot water and the pressure is very weak. If you shower the bathroom floods so there’s lack of drainage. The room size is good. There are wires and pipes coming out of the walls which is a health and safety hazard. The fridge and tv did not work. Room door was hard to lock and open. Breakfast was terrible and the coffee was cold. Also there was construction taking place behind the hotel - this wasn’t mentioned on the website. So there was constant noise during the day. Also paint and cement was coming of the walls. Avoid this hotel at all costs! You can get a lot better for the same price.

C’est simple, je n’a pas fini mon séjour et je suis parti ! Il faut négocier pour avoir des serviettes de bain, petit dej réchauffé de la veille, lit en pierre et chambre froide ! Des travaux juste à côté qui m’ont réveillé à 7h du matin, impossible de se reposer et un horaire pour utiliser l’eau chaude car il n’y en a pas pour tout le monde. Je n’y remettrais pas les pied.

In the first day they gave me a very noisy room there is an air conditioner engineer on the balcony making a loud noise and the the room was very cold and they gave me only one towel and one shampoo for the all nine nights I was sitting there they never changed the bed sheet or the towel they just clean the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Les réceptionnistes étaient très sympathique et à l’écoute. En revanche, l’état de l’hôtel est tres ancien, les infrastructures ne permettent pas une bonne isolation donc les chambres très froide, pas très propre ainsi que les bruits venant de la rue nous entendions tout. Le petit déjeuner est à revoir, pas de choix, tout est froid.( même le thé svp était froid) Les chambres vétustes, prises murales arrachés, commodes cassés, douches pas nettoyer voir degueulasse, serviettes sales. Chauffage qui ne chauffe en aucun cas la chambre. Attendre 10min pour avoir de l’eau chaude. Literie pourrie obliger d’aller me faire masser tous les jours. Frigo qui ne marche pas. Lampe de chevet poussiéreux. A fuir !!!!!

The place is quite nice with a large pool, cozy and staff is attentive. Easy to move around from here.

Shower head was broken and taped with scotch tape… the water was uncontrollably going all over the floor of the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. There was no hand soap at all nor anything in the shower. We had no hand towels at all. One shower towel only for 2 people and it was dirty. The bed sheets were ripped and the bed frame was Spiderman… there was only the thin sheets on the bed and there was mole on the bathroom
