総合評価とレビュー Grupotel Macarella Suites & Spa

スイートと名を打つだけあって部屋は寝室とリビング、ダイニングと言う構成にて広く、床も天然石で良です。水廻りもシャワーブースと浴槽が別になっていて良ですが、洗面台が2シンクでない点とシャワーの水圧が低いのが残念です。キッチンも天然石トップで見映えも良く必要最低限の器具は揃っていますが、部屋にゴミ箱がなく残念です。サービスは総じて朗らかなスペイン人、笑顔と挨拶も良です。中央に大きなプールがあり、それを取り囲む様に建物が配棟されています。深さも0〜2mと大人から子供まで楽しめます。ライフセーバーも常駐で安心です。朝食は一般的なメニュー、味は良だと思いますが日によってのアレンジは少なくほぼ同じメニューなのが残念です。プールサイドにバーがあり飲物や軽食が取れ、夜は日によりますが生演奏もあります。カランボッシュビーチからも近く、繁華街も徒歩圏内、食料品スーパーやお土産ショップ、飲食店も豊富にあり立地はとても良いです。

It was a great stay. The apartment was huge for the price paid and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of fresh options and live kitchen. The staff was lovely, and very pleasant and kind. Lots of parking on site and in a parking lot at the next street. Menorca has mostly free parking so no worries if renting a car.

Mi estancia en este hotel ha sido aceptable sin más, no hubiera estado además un par de edredones en la habitación al carecer de calefacción para estas fechas, hemos hecho media pensión el desayuno es aceptable y la cena podía mejorar mucho.

Jolie plage de sable blanc a 200m, transats payants. Sentier côtier a proximité, mais plein de cailloux... charmant petit port non loin de l hôtel avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces ! Animations en soirée (spectacles, chanteurs..) ! L infrastructure de l hôtel (et sa magnifique piscine) est une réussite ! Personnel charmant !

Great service, amazing staff from the manager, through reception, restaurant services to cleaning staff. Our third time here and just gets better. Good evening's entertainment too. We will be back again soon.

Excellent hotel, staff, room and food. Expensive for a one night stay but certainly an upgrade from standard room. So worth it in the end.

No complaints, staff very friendly, service excellent, food good quality, everywhere was clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. Beach is a bit small and therefore always busy, but the pool area is beautiful and loads of space .

Fantastic stay. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room very clean with great housekeeping sevice/towels etc. Pool area clean with lots of loungers. Breakfast was good with very good variety. Great location.

Struttura bella con personale molto gentile!! Buona colazione e cena . Male la posizione della camera. Ogni mattina alle ore 08:15 si parcheggiava davanti il nostro balcone ( piano terra ) il camion della biancheria che scaricava i carrelli per circa un’ora. Il personale delle pulizie non pulisce tazze o bicchieri se vengono utilizzati

Hotel tres bien tenu .Espaces extérieurs grands, chambres de 45 m2, massages et toit le personnel au top!Bravo pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme avéré

Struttura molto bella e efficiente in tutto. Lo staff dei camerieri e reception sono sempre attenti. La struttura fornisce teli nare e spa con cambio 2 volte alla settimana. Sulla pulizia appena arrivati la camera era pulita a specchio. Nei giorni successivi la qualità è scesa un po. Nelle vicinanze un centro commerciale noleggio auto farmacia e supermercato. Oltre che la spiaggia di cala bosh.

Hotel perfetto, a piedi si raggiunge Cala n Bosh e il porticciolo con ristoranti e locali. Supermercato fornito di tutto a due passi. Parcheggio comodo. Gli appartamenti sono enormi e con cucina. Possibilità di richiedere in prestito l’ombrellone da portare in spiaggia. Ciutadella si raggiunge in un quarto d’ora di macchina.

Struttura ben curata, personale super gentile e accogliente, camere spaziose e pulite e buona posizione sia come punto di partenza per visitare l’isola sia come punto fisso per mare,relax e buona passeggiate serali.

Hotel muy tranquilo con habitaciones muy amplias con salón y cocina. Este año ha sido nuestra segunda estancia y pensamos repetir.
