スイートと名を打つだけあって部屋は寝室とリビング、ダイニングと言う構成にて広く、床も天然石で良です。水廻りもシャワーブースと浴槽が別になっていて良ですが、洗面台が2シンクでない点とシャワーの水圧が低いのが残念です。キッチンも天然石トップで見映えも良く必要最低限の器具は揃っていますが、部屋にゴミ箱がなく残念です。サービスは総じて朗らかなスペイン人、笑顔と挨拶も良です。中央に大きなプールがあり、それを取り囲む様に建物が配棟されています。深さも0〜2mと大人から子供まで楽しめます。ライフセーバーも常駐で安心です。朝食は一般的なメニュー、味は良だと思いますが日によってのアレンジは少なくほぼ同じメニューなのが残念です。プールサイドにバーがあり飲物や軽食が取れ、夜は日によりますが生演奏もあります。カランボッシュビーチからも近く、繁華街も徒歩圏内、食料品スーパーやお土産ショップ、飲食店も豊富にあり立地はとても良いです。

Was given a room on the ground floor which had a broken patio door onto the gardens. Informed staff about this at 6pm but it had not been looked at by the time I arrived back at the hotel at 9.30pm. Reception staff then looked at the door and were unable to fix it. I requested to be moved for security reasons as I was anxious about having an unlocked door on the ground floor and staff responded with ‘menorca doesn’t have a high crime rate it’ll be fine’. Understandably I wasn’t happy with this response. They eventually moved me to another room at 11pm and I had a phone call at 8.30am the next morning telling me to pack my bags and move to a different room again because they needed the room for another guest. At this point I cancelled the rest of my stay and had a full refund and booked another hotel down the street. Awful service.

Un très beau complexe hôtelier avec une belle piscine et un spa ! Le personnel est à l'écoute, le ménage est impeccable. Le restaurant est sous forme de buffet avec beaucoup de choix que ce soit au petit déjeuner ou repas du soir. Nous avons passé un bon séjour !

Buena ubicación, pero es un hotel de muy baja calidad en servicio y limpieza.

Muy buen hotel, tranquilidad, buenas instalaciones, piscina, spa etc. Justo a 2 minutos del lago y la cala d'en Bosc. La habitación amplia y equipada. Dispone de todos los servicios posibles. Buffet correcto solo desayuno y cena.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to the beach. The building itself is showing its age as it’s looking ever so slightly dated in terms of the decor, but still in very good condition

Very clean room and quiet at night. Fridge and crockery handy for snacks. No toiletries on offer except basic shower gel and small soap. Great location for boats to coves and lovely beaches nearby. Would return.

Les + : Très bel hôtel avec de bonnes prestations Toujours de la place sur les transats de la piscine quelque soit l’heure de la journée SPA vaste et très peu fréquenté Hôtel calme Les - : chambre côté « jardin » au dessus de la clim de la cuisine = très bruyant même la nuit Hygiène du SPA à revoir (trace d’algues vertes et eau du bassin pas propre) Le très négatif : chambre non fumeur mais voisin de balcon qui fume toute la journée et fortes odeurs de tabac dans notre appartement

Hôtel très confortable . Très jolie plage proche .petit centre commercial juste à côté . Les buffets sont variés et de bonne qualité. Le personnel charmant. La suite est grande avec un balcon aménagé . La literie est très confortable. Climatisation très appréciée . Piscine lagon avec toujours des transats libres . Petite salle de gym mais suffisante . Accès aux ados avec un adulte de 11 à 13 h. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

La chambre est un 2 pièces avec kitchenette. Les lits sont un peu durs Le wifi est très mauvais Le Repas du soir à éviter Le petit déjeuner parfait La piscine est superbe et propre Les transats sont nombreux Les jardins bien entretenus Le personnel très agréable Les animations sont douces La plage est à 2 pas et l’eau magnifique Le petit port à côté est sympa à multiples restaurants et shopping.

Estadia muito agradável, o hotel é bem localizado, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e educados, além de possuir uma ótima infra estrutura com um bom café da manhã.

Superbe hôtel . Séjour très agréable. Cadre exceptionnel, agréable et calme. Les chambres sont très spacieuse ainsi que l’hôtel en général. Très bien entretenu que ce soit dans les chambres mais à l’extérieur . Le personnel est très agréable. La piscine est superbe ainsi que l’espace SPA qui est un vrai plus. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, avec beaucoup de choix et très bon. Je recommande cet hôtel

It was a great stay. The apartment was huge for the price paid and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of fresh options and live kitchen. The staff was lovely, and very pleasant and kind. Lots of parking on site and in a parking lot at the next street. Menorca has mostly free parking so no worries if renting a car.
