Bilik ok bersih tapi air slow sangat. Aircond takde switch boleh control on/off, masa check in kat bilik, management amik masa 20min baru on airccond. Jam 3am terjaga bilik panas, aircond hotel offkan, esok pagi masa check out tanya kaunter pasal aircond. Pihak hotel memang offkan aircond jam3am-4am setiap hari. Bayat RM1xx lebih tapi hotel nak cut cost semua.

Despite the name Suraya, the Chinese-owned hotel is located strategically in the city. The room is spacious and comfy. However, parking lot is very limited.

Proses check-in is very slowly, memakan waktu 1 jam. the room is very dirty. Much of dust and rambut dimana-mana. Kamar mandi kotor, duvet kotor, bed sheet kotor. debu ada dimana-mana. Waktu itu ada guest yang tersangkut di lift, but staf cuma diam saja. Tidak recommended untuk menginap disini.

Superb room. I booked twin room. It was fantastic at a very low online price. But the drawback is only that no aircond remote available. The hotel didn't even provide in every room. It's automatic aircond where you can't control it. Just imagine at night, you are freezing like hell. Lol

Staf peramah cumanya pihak hotel perlu menambah staf kerana check in terlalu lambat. Bila ditanya kepada staf yang bertugas. Pihak hotel tak cukup pekerja untuk kemas bilik. Mengambil masa yang agak lama untuk check in.
