総合評価とレビュー Senato Hotel Milano

モダンになってリニューアルオープンしたようだが、使い勝手が良くない。内装は少々奇をてらいすぎか。 車寄せがほぼ無いので車で着いたらバタバタする。

ミラノでショッピングする為に宿泊しました。 非常にコンパクトなホテルですが、全体的にレベルが高くここに泊まって本当によかったです。 買い物エリアには徒歩で行ける距離にあり、買い物袋を一度部屋に入れて再度外に出る事もできます。 ミラノでのショッピングを存分に楽しみたい方にはおすすめなロケーションです。 部屋は割とコンパクトな為、部屋が狭いなどの口コミも散見されますが、1人旅行の日本人にとっては問題になる狭さではなかったです。 大人2人ぐらいまでなら問題無く宿泊できそうです。 朝食もとても美味しく、特にパンがサクサクで沢山食べてしまいました。 スタッフの方も親切丁寧でとても気持ちの良い接客をして頂きました。 また機会があれば是非泊まりたいです。 ありがとうございました。

綺麗で清潔感あってサービスも良かった

ロケーションも良く　しゃれた感じのデザイナーズホテル。

スピーガやモンテナポレオーネのショッピングエリからすぐ。小さな庭のグリーンがホッとさせてくれる。バーの従業員も対応がとてもいいし、大好きなフランチャコルタが飲めるのも最高。

室内はモダンで、清潔、ベットも大きくて寝やすい、コンパクトなホテル。これにバスタブがあれば満点でした。

インテリアも素敵でスタイリッシュ、シンプルなホテルでした。フロントの方もチェックインの時お会いしただけでしたが、タクシーの手配をお願いした時、すぐ私の名前を言ってくれて、憶えて下さっていて嬉しかったです。 1泊目の夜、二次会でバーを利用しましたが、寛げて、ワインも美味しく、バーのお姉さん(と言っても私の娘くらいのお嬢さん)も感じが良く、翌々日の朝食の時お会いしたら(同じ場所)声かけて下さいました。女性スタッフの方皆さん感じよかったです。市内中心部でアクセスも良く、部屋のインテリアも良かったです。

デザイナーズのとても素敵な部屋でした。しかし、完全にロックしたはずの金庫が、日中外出後に戻ってきたら開けられていました。 中の財布からも一部抜き取られ、不快な思いをしました。

GWに２泊しました。中央駅からタクシーで８ユーロ。スビーガ通りの一本隣の道路沿いにあります。ドゥーモにも歩いて行けます。無料でアップグレードしてもらいバルコニー付きの部屋でした。部屋はシンプルで広く快適。BS放送が映らないのが残念。バスタブはありません。オシャレにこだわるあまりか、ペーパーホルダーが付いてないです。

ちょっと使いにくい部分もあるけどミラノらしいデザインホテル。 シングルはシャワーのみでバスタブはなし。シャワーは固定とハンドシャワー両方あり。 朝食は暖かい卵と、ハム、チーズ、ケーキ、ヨーグルト、シリアルなどが綺麗に並んでいます。 コーヒーだけでなくフルールサラダとブラッドオレンジジュースは席まで持ってきてくれます。 朝食をとる部屋やロビーはとてもおしゃれで絵になります。

It's very new this hotel, so I found many things unperfect yet. I couldn't have tissu paper in the room, no pants/skirt hangers, shower's design is very fancy though the water in bath didn't drain easily... and then I found a cake with mold at the breakfast!! I think they should pay a lot of atention for the details, not only being stylish! I think this is still new hotel so they will learn more by gettijg more claims. I wouldn't stay again even though I have another trip in milan again. I might try 1year later after their improvement.

Staff was friendly and polite. Attended to our needs. The buffet was very nice and the wait staff was very helpful. Will definately stay again!

Great location

Wow, I was so happy and relieved to have such a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and safe in a beautiful hotel. Marcello and Asuhioh (apologies for misspelling her name) were fantastic in reception and helped me with an early check in, schedule a car, and directed me to local activities. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable (I am very picky and was very happy with the accommodations). Very comfortable bed and pillows. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the waitstaff was friendly and hospitable. Food was delicious. Bartender was excellent as well (wish I would have taken note of his name). Highly recommend this hotel!

Equipe atenciosa, especialmente o Chefe da cozinha, quarto confortável, excelente localização, pé direito alto, só elogios. Dá gosto de manifestar.

Great hotel

Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. The hotel is in a prime location and the rooms were a nice size with large marble bathrooms. We will be back.

Excellent location and beautiful aesthetic with fine attention to detail. Smallish rooms but comfortable and clean.

Beautiful interior design. Kind and professional service from front desk to the restaurant to porters. Quiet which i love. Good food. Comfortable plush beds and a pillow menu (useful if you need a different kind of pillow for comfort. Easy location to walk from. This is what a boutique hotel in Milan should be.
