This hotel was perfect for my needs, so convenient. I can't say enough about the staff. They were so friendly and so eager to speak English or French! I hope all Canadians come to visit, this very special and Historic area of Quebec.

Shower needs fixing. If the room is for four people leave enough towels. Otherwise, good enough

Once again, Holiday Inn always pulls through, I usually try to stay at Holiday Inn because they always seem to be clean and comfortable and quiet

Bon accueil a la réception sauf le tutoiement .par la dame ! On nous donne la chambre 123 .il est 21 hres 30 . A 22 hres 30 ,arrive un bus qui stationne direct devant notre fenêtre . Le diesel du moteur,le jasage,les valises etc tout ce bruit! .dans les corridors cela jase fort ,. Puis vers 11,30 hres cela redevient calme . Le lendemain matin a 6hres le tapage recommence .. la salle a diner est a cote donc bien sur du bruit qui est intense. Puis les bus arrivent .. eh oui il y en a 2 et se stationnent devant notre fenêtre encore! le bruit des valises,le diesel,les gens qui sont dehors et parlent fort… rout cela dure jusqu’a8,30 hres. Heure ou les bus partent ., Je ne comprends pas ce man que de jugement ou on nous a octroye une chambre donnant sur ce vacarme. La direction devait savoir que des bus touristiques arriveraient !Nous avons paye 249$ plus taxes pour cela ! Incroyable ! Nous somnes profondément choqué de ce manque de jugement et des inconvénients vecus !

The only thing i do not like which is common for many hotels is that they use heavy duvets. It's too warm and with just a sheet it would be too cool.

It was very loud with school children coming in from 7-930 pm and then again at 6 am both days I was there

Great hotel, close to highway so traffic could be heard (not loud though)

Drag racing goes on in the parking lot or the road close by so it is VERY noisy at night. Front desk person 'CLAUDINE" claimed pool was closed one day, we rearranged vacation plans, only pro see pool was open CLAIDING misinformed
