This property is beautiful and clean. Room was spacious, bathroom was spacious and the shower was fabulous. Located right of the highway this hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and great shopping.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. Breakfast had several choices and was of fair value. Coffee was good. What was NOT good was the breaker on the wall holding the TV, microwave and refrigerator tripped twice. The first time, I called the front desk and a service person fixed the issue. Later in the night, I used the microwave and the breaker tripped again. It was too late to call for assistance so I had no TV or fridge for the rest of my stay. In the morning at 7:30am, I attempted a shower but after running the water for 10 minutes on hot, all I got was cold water - and so did not shower. I had an event to attend that day so not showering was very inconvenient. When I checked out I informed the front desk atten

La chambre était très bien grande salle de bain. Excellent lit, on a eu un petit problème à l’arrivée avec le niveau de température de la chambre, il a fallu appeler pour faire corriger la situation. Il semble qu’il fallait réactiver l’ancien système de chauffage et climatisation pour avoir une température confortable. Le personnel est venu rapidement, corriger la situation, et on a pu profiter d’une chambre confortable.

Very convenient location, with friendly and professional staff.

This is our go-to hotel for West Island. We started coming here when there was nothing here. Now it is a wonderland of close shopping and dining. The rooms are huge, comfortable, and quiet. Great hot breakfast. My check in was easy, s super polite gentleman.
