The apartment was clean. I was nervous due to reading other reviews. But we were happy. I know they said bedding would be changed once a week and towels were twice, which was fine. But they're was no cleaning, ie bathroom, mopping floors. We always go on self catering holidays. So disappointed. It was as if we had booked an Eir B&B. Reception staff were friendly & helpful.

L’environnement extérieur est très très agréable : c’est très propre et très bien entretenu. A n’importe quelle heure de la journée le complexe est calme. La plage a quelques minutes de la plage est juste sublime incroyable.

Appartement bien conçu et correctement équipé ( climatisation, lave linge, télé…..). Résidence très verdoyante et très bien entretenue, calme dans son ensemble. Très belle piscine commune ( les bains de soleil sont payants : 3€/jour par personne).

Struttura grande, pulita, vicina alla spiaggia, con grande parcheggio. Appartamento accessoriato di tutto, phon, lenzuola, piatti, bicchieri, aria condizionata, forno microonde. Molti ristoranti e negozio di alimentari nei dintorni.

Der Ort ist sehr praktisch, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen und den Pool zu nutzen, wenn Sie am Nachmittag ankommen. Aber es gab einen kaputten Türrahmen, bei Regen sickerte Wasser durch die alten Fenster in die Zimmer, aus der Toilette lief Wasser aus und auch die Wasserhähne in Dusche und Badewanne funktionierten nicht richtig. Es ist seltsam in einem Land, das immer mehr zur Wüste wird und in dem Wasser so dringend benötigt wird, dass es aufgrund mangelnder Wartung der Anlagen so verschwendet wird.

Ruhige Apartments in Strandnähe und Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Supermärkte sind etwas teuer am besten zum Lidl in die Stadt fahren

Bon rapport qualité prix. Manque la clim.

Soggiorno piacevole in una struttura pulita, un posto accogliente e ben servito

Estuvimos 5 noches mi mujer y yo, un buen sitio para alojarse en Menorca, por la tranquilidad y la buena comunicacion que tiene con toda la isla de Menorca, el apartamento no estaba mal, le faltaban algunas cosas basicas, y no tiene limpieza y las camas no son muy comodas la verdad, por lo demas bien, por lo menos en Junio, no se como sera en meses con mas gente, pero lo pasamos bien y el sitio y las playas de san bou estaban muy bien.

Appartamento molto grande, due camere da letto piccole ma confortevoli . Bagno molto bello e box doccia spazioso . Cucina ben fornita e patio esterno molto carino . Piscina proprio di fronte al l’appartamento. L’unica pecca è stata quella di non portare via la spazzatura degli ospiti precedenti. Il sacco con la spazzatura e quello con le lenzuola sono rimasti 3 giorni davanti all’ingresso .

Ottima comunicazione con la struttura amche via whatsapp, ottima posizione vicino il mare ma gli appartamenti becessitano di piccoli lavori di rifiniture essendo un po datati come si può notare dagli infissi. La pulizia è fatta in maniera molto generale, in alcuni angoli e dietro il letto c'è qualche ragnatela inoltre a terra ogni tanto si notano diversi vermetti... per il resto tutto ok

Un B mol était les couvertures épaisses dans l'armoire, très sales, sans doute pas lavées depuis long temps avec plein de cheveux et de tâches douteuses. Si non tout était propre.

The reception a bit too far away from my apt . Rather dated interiors and a sofa-cama in the living room that looked absolutely disgusting, l would never sit on it! A bit rediculous to have to check out at 10 o'clock and you HAVE to go to the reception(15 min walk) just to leave the key, seems very yesterday! Anyways, the place is in a wonderful location the gardens and views fantastic. The proximity to the wonderful beach of Son Bou simply great. With just a little update of the interiors change of check-out pilicy this would be perfect!

Sale de bains petite et sans aération.

Lieu calme, wifi ok Dommage que les draps ne sont pas chargés pendant une semaine. IL fait chaud et on garde les mêmes draps.
