空港からホテルまでとても便利で、近くもあり、もちろん雰囲気もとても快適でした。

Cheap hotel that already being refurbished to new bright and decent corridor and room. Recommended for stay in KK. Just minor improvement to get cleaner to vacuum the room.

It is still the covid-19 pandemic but because it was a holiday and there are still the quarantine SOP at home, the decision was to be in Kota Kinabalu. A little special touch in the form of a stay in Casuarina hotel, Tanjung Aru. The staff was positive when it came to the giving of assistance even though more cleanliness and maintenance should be rendered.

Mempunyai staf yang rajin dan mesra.keadaan bilik baik, cuma perlu ditambah baik seperti keadaan tilam yang melengkung, sakit belakang bosku, terdapat lampu siling yang tidak berfungsi, terdapat pasir-pasir di dalam tandas dan tidak mempunyai @ bidets hose, paling best duduk-duduk di kaki lima, angin tiup-tiup.

Hotel yang selesa. Berhampiran Taman Rekreasi dan pantai. Cuma satu kekurangan hotel ini ialah tidak mempunyai hos dalam tandas untuk penghuni membersih diri selepas membuang air besar.

Kedudukan hotel strategik berhampiran dengan pantai dan pekan tg aru. Semuanya baik tentang hotel ini kecuali satu perkara, tandas hotel tidak mempunyai hose air untuk kita gunakan sewaktu kita membuang air besar.

The only thing that comfort us was the big room. Other than that is poor hotel.

Not really comfortable, the air conditioner out of gas, the pillows need to be changed. They serve only American breakfast. But the cashier at the kitchen told me that they got fried food such fried rice or fried noddles. The next day I requested for fried noodles (at my own cost), the menu was not available.

First of all the hotel only gave 2 small mineral bottle, I cant get another bottle. Secondly, I ordered food (room service) they said only “nasi goreng & mee goreng” are available the menu inside the room are old they said. Hotel should get rid of the old menu! But thank god the Nasi goreng is delicious
