Staf hotel bernama Arnold ramah dan sangat membantu. Akan lebih baik jika kamar dibersihkan setiap hari.

The room was dark and windows faced common corridor which made it impossible to pull curtains without sacrificing privacy. The breakfast of nasi lemak was tasteless. The hotel could have given us clearer directions on how to find the place. We didn't know it was inside a run down mall. Karaoke place right next to it but luckily it wasn't noisy. For the price we think there could be better options.

Best sangat roomies suite, staf mesra, WhatsApp tanya apa-apa sangat pantas reply, bilik selesa luas, ada arah kiblat, ada TV, ada novel boleh baca, lantai vinyl bukan karpet, lobi ada TV boleh tengok movie, sarapan free, cuma nasi lemak biasa je, ada roti. Toilet air bersih air kuat laju, sabun pam biasa. Sangat dekat dengan pantai boleh jalan kaki.

Sangat-sangat puas hati dengan layanan staff, bilik pun bersih, kemas dan cantik

Recommended place to stay. Staying here for 2 days. We get a free breakfast until the day we check out. Staff really kind and helpful. Get surrounded by restaurant and mini market. For visit batu Feringgi beach just need to walking around 5 minutes.

Wonderful stay I had here! Location a bit tricky, but I don't mind since the room is as nice as the picture shown.

it's not that awesome but I can't say unsatisfying first thing that there is no sign that the hotel is over there I had to wait 15 mins outside just to know where is it second thing the breakfast is not worthy at all it was one of the traditional dishes in Malaysia but not everyone one can eat it the room was cold, clean and quite, the bed was nice the bathroom also to take a shower after a long day so far so good but with 150rm I think you can find a better one

Bersih dan design menarik jiga lokasi bagus tapi gedungnya tidak terawat dan terlihat kotor. Harga juga lumayan mahal untuk kelas hotel tersebut.

The room is nicely decorated as shown in picture. Location is convenient for bus, taxi, night market, street food and restaurants. There are mini convenient stores like Happy Mart downstairs or 7/11 at next building. Public beach is in walking distance, about 5 mins, just cross the street, you will see the Golden Sand Resort and next to it, there is a way to go to the beach.

Menyenangkan sekali menginap disini.

Everything was awesome just need to pay RM20.00 for early check-in as I was check-in in at 11 am. If my room was ready, there are no harm for me to get into the room. This was the only flaw that the management need to look into. I found charging extra for early check-in was not a good move. I traveled all the way from Selangor. Anyhow, good stay and room was superb.

the room is clean and also quite nice. but how to find elevator on the old shabby building might be tricky. there's no tv channel available, instead they have usb attached with some movies in it, works well for me.

We booked for 3 days, but they didn't make up and didn't clean up our room.

The room is very clean and the receptionist or the guide hotel boy is very kind and friendly.
