It's a good hotel!

The room was very clean. They provided me everything I need to cook in room, such as microwave, toaster, salt and pepper etc. I washed my clothes everyday in laundry machine with dry in room. I felt the room is my home.

4泊で予約してました。 とにかく対応が悪い。 災害の為、到着出来ないと、大変な中メールして伝えていたにも関わらず、返金に応じない。 こちらも部屋を確保していたからという割にやっとの思いで3日目に到着した時にすぐに部屋を使わせて貰えず、12時まで待たされました。 部屋を確保していたとは思えません。 受付はいつも携帯で楽しそうに長話。 到着した客にもお構いなし。

サービスアパートメントとして利用しても、ホテルとして利用しても、どちらでも、お勧めです。 設備が全て新しく、機能的に設計されているので、快適に過ごすことが出来ます。 ベッドルーム、リビング、キッチンとも十分な広さのスペースがあります。 冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、オーブン、食洗器のいずれも最新のもので、食器類もとてもきれいです。 バスルームがやや狭いですが、清潔で機能的です。洗濯機と乾燥機も完備されています。 立地環境は静かな場所にあります。それ程大きくない都市なので、主な場所は徒歩圏内です。 レストランやカフェやバーが集まっているところは、ワンブロックの距離と近く、夜遅くになっても心配いりません。 大きいスーパーマーケットは、近くに２店あり、食品の買い物には困りません。 朝早いエイベルタスマン国立公園へのツアーのピックアップ場所も近くに何カ所かあります。

Great location and walkable to everything we wanted. Convenient parking out front, and room was comfortable and perfectly appointed for a longer stay. Would definitely book again.

It was a great size for us. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. They also helped us with an umbrella when it was pouring. Can’t fault it!!

A few things in the kitchen could be updated' the shower soap needed to be refilled. strong musty smell when you enter the first door. Staff was very polite.

Refurbished to a good standard with some nice design touches. Clean, great staff and very central. Lack of car parking wasn't communicated well as I booked through Expedia - you need to book a car park. Saying that the staff were very good at offering alternatives. Well set out room, decent kitchen and a very good bed.

The service, room, amenities and location were all fantastic! Will be back

Quest hotels are always good, but Nelson is incredible, freshly renovated, central to shopping and dining, easy parking. Great for travelling with babies, the rooms are so quiet and dark and the portacot was assembled in our room on arrival Nothing is an issue for the friendly team. Amazing experience

It was perfect for what we were in Nelson city for and the total experience was excellent.

Central location, very good bed, but we did not get room servicing on one day when it was expected.

Tiling was being done in the reception area during my entire stay...this was disruptive and difficult to get around with luggage etc. Staff unapologetic. You have to pay for carparking and its very tight. Rooms are clean and nice.

We stayed for 4 days, the property was perfect, great size fantastic ammenities in room, very comfortable bed , quite and well positioned to explore the city and surrounds

Great location, great room. The only slight ding against it was the slightly bumpy mattress, but everything was stuff sufficiently comfortable.

Dont stay here if you are a light sleeper, I could hear everything in the rooms around and above me. Room was clean and comfortable with everything needed (even a washer/dryer) arrived late at night and the after hours check in was easy.

Clean, spacious and very good house keeping. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Close to city centre.

Nice stay . Only one thing to realise.when u pay when u stay the hotel takes the money from account before you stay day before. Better to pay direct to hotels.com so then u know when money comes out your account

Property was close to most amenities. Would suggest parking be included in the pricing. Also thought the bathroom should be closer to the bedroom, like an ensuite. Overrall, another good stay at the Quest apartments. Thank you.
