As I have book for 2 superior room with king size bed, end up 1 room with king size bed and 1 smaller room with queen size bed.... Have to squeeze with my children.. Area there lots of mosquitoes... And facing booking issues as I earlier report .. Service overall is poor.. Room condition also poor.. And I am paying more than usual.. Example for early check-in, I paid additional $100 for both rooms and paid for some others which not mentioned when booking.. The room condition is poorer than those guest house I used last time when I am there.. I book hotel room not guest house room.. How can service and condition poorer than guest house and yet I have to pay more than usual... And will not recommend others..

Very convenient place. The only dissatisfaction is the water pressure at bathroom for third floor is too low.

No lift, the shower cannot flow, the water is not hot, not recommended.

Arrived late at 8pm, speedy check in. The receptionist was cheerful & friendly. Hotel location was the best in town. Beside the roundabout of jonker walk. Room was spacious & clean with comfy bed. My grouse is only the bathroom which is kinda dirty.

We stay for just 1 night, it's super clean, can't talk to much, just a really really super great, location is super easy to find, just a few meter from Jonker main entrance, we would love to stay here when we had a chance to visit melaka again..

Lokasi sangat strategis di pusat wisata kota Malaka. Pelayanannya baik, sangat informatif. Kamar sangat nyaman dan bersih, walau tidak ada lift, petugas akan membantu untuk membawakan koper kita. Overall sangat menyenangkan bisa menginap di Malaka, dan next time akan menginap di sini lagi.

Great Location. Near to everywhere. suitable for couples but not for family because no lift. you have to use stairs which for us is good.

Bad towels. Beware if you're parking at the allocated parking lot provides by hotel, they'd wake you up knocking the hell out of your door to ask you to remove your car if someone else would like to go out, they do have a staff to do these valet services but it's as hopeless as possible.

best location, easy access for POI

Spacious enough, next to tourist attractions (unc jonker street), nice and helpful staff, no elevator though...

The hotel was very nice. The staff was also very nice and helpful. It would be much better if the hotel provides breakfast.
