今回あスタンダードタイプに宿泊したが、家具なども新しく、なっており、気持ち良かった。ビジネスタイプとの相違は窓からの風景のみで問題ない。

ロビーでのホテル側の対応する人数が多く、丁寧で親切だったのでいろいろと助かった。部屋のエアコンの音がうるさく、また部屋が乾燥しすぎるので眠れなかった。また窓のロックが壊れていて、きちんと閉まらなかった。

年末の滞在であったためか朝食はブッフェではなく、注文制でした。分量や選択の幅が分からず、調理時間もかかったので煩わしかったです。ただ、しぼりたてのオレンジジュースは非常に美味しかったです。各国の大型ホテルと概ね同様のサービスのようですので、個人経営ホテルと上手く組み合わせると快適でしょう。

朝食は種類が多くて美味しかったです。ロビーの対応も丁寧でした。

従業員の対応が非常に良い ホスピタリティーに関しては不満に感じることはないと思う 設備などは価格と同等で、こちらも不満はない Wi-Fiも問題ない

ホテルの予約をした時にキングサイズベッドを予約していて、実際はツインの部屋に通されていたんだけど気にしないからそのままにしていたら、あとでスタッフが部屋に来て間違えていたので部屋を変更しますってわざわざ来てくれた。 素晴らしいスタッフの教育とサービスが行き届いていました。

The room key cards were not working, so hotel staff had to come up to the room with us to open the doors using a master key, which was not always convenient. There was also an issue with the Wi-Fi connection. It appears that the hotel has significant problems with its IT infrastructure.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were attentive and very friendly. They were knowledgeable about the area. We had some issue with the AC however they got that sorted and were prompt on solving it. They have works going on at the moment but made sure we were aware. Also accommodated my daughter with adding a bed in the room free of charge.

Viele Flecken auf dem Teppich. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig. Schlechter TV. Unfreundliches Personal. Das ganze Hotel ist komplett überteuert.

The staff was excellent and the property was very safe and well maintained. Gated private parking. Definitely will stay here again!

Very helpful staff

Overall enjoyed our stay, the hotel was very convenient for sight seeing, check-in and check out was much slower than usual but room was really nicely appointed and staff were helpful & friendly. Would definitely stay again here.

It was family stay with kids, I will say Hotel was good, only all the extras is too expensive like food and drink's.

I have been asked to pay for accomodation even though I had paid it during reservation. I have showed them my receipt then everything is settled
