Nobody is making a bed I had to do it like I am at home not on vacation, stuff not so friendly.

The room was nice, modern and clean. Seems like the hotel has been renovated lately. Upgrade to have a room with balcony facing the ocean is definitely worth it. There is a small beach right at the hotels ground floor and you can take beach chairs from the hotel. Lady at the reception is really nice! Restaurant option at the area are not the best and it was impossible to find breakfast, but there are markets really close to the hotel at the other side of the street. Hotels own restaurant has great option of drinks you can take to the beach. The service for eating at the restaurant was quite slow, but friendly staff. Taxi takes around 10-15 min to the old town and it was really easy to order uber and bolt to take you there. Easy to also use taxi to visit other beaches. Would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind being little bit outside the city.

Beautiful location right on the beach. It is a drive to Old town Split though so it depends on what you’re looking for. Perfect for our family to lounge on the beach, enjoy the food, and still take a day trip to Split. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were clean and perfect for me and my two teenage sons. Restaurant on the bottom floor and the beach right out back. I loved the balcony facing the water! 15 minute uber ride to Old town Split and Klis Fortress. Grocery store 5 minute walk from hotel the kids loved:)

Schönes Hotel in Top Lage am Strand! Klimaanlage ist nur ein Gebläse, aber mit großem Fenster mit Meerblick ist alles gut. Das Restaurant im Hotel öffnet um 8.00 für Frühstück. Gerne wieder

Property is just perfect. Rooms, dining, swimming, are easily accessible. Parking is tricky but can be reserved. I would suggest reserving when you book the room. Use Whatsapp to communicate. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and water!

Lite, moderne og koselig familiedrevet hotell med super-service. Bra størrelse på firemannsrom med balkong og sjøutsikt. Rett ved stranden med fine badeforhold for alle. Ligger rett ved fin strandpromenade mot Podstrana med mulighet for gå, jogg og sykkel. Ellers kort vei til Split med lokalbuss som kjører forbi regelmessig. Alltid behjelpelig og mulighet for transport til/fra flyplassen. Anbefales og ville besøkt igjen.

Nice location not far from many places to eat. Room looked bigger in the photos than it actually was. Hot water for showers was an issue so short showers is a must so everyone can get a nice shower. We had a balcony suite which was nice, bit noisey with restaurant going at night but sound proof rooms when you shut the doors.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Split Rooms. The rooms are clean, modern, and while not large, they were more than spacious enough for a comfortable vacation. The sea is directly in front of the hotel—no more than 10 meters away—which made the location unbeatable. Breakfast is served at their beachfront restaurant, Life’s a Beach, which is also a great spot to relax during the day. The food was good and the views even better. There’s a beautiful coastal walkway just outside the hotel. I walked over 5 km in one direction and never reached the end—perfect for a peaceful morning or evening stroll. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to service really stood out and made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway with great hospitality.

Sauberes und modernes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Besitzer war auch immer erreichbar und hatte auch einige Tipps und Empfehlungen. Besonders schön ist die Lage direkt am Meer, bei dem integrierten Restaurant gibt es leckere Cocktails mit Strandblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein aber fein von Croissants zu verschiedenem Brot und süße und salzige Optionen, Säfte, Kaffee. Eier können frisch bestellt werden. Mit dem Bus ist man in 20 Minuten in der Stadtmitte von Split. Auch nach Omiš kommt man mit der Expresslinie 60 in circa 20 Minuten. Die Ausstattung (Klimaanlage, Dusche, Schrank, etc) der Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, es wirkt alles neu und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und konnten aufs Meer schauen. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder :)

Great hotel on the beach, fantastic staff, tasty cocktails at the bar.

Bra hotell. Nyrenoverade rum. Trots ganska små rum fanns det mesta. Allt var i mycket bra skick och fungerade. Receptionen var inte alltid öppen men det gick att skicka ett sms eller ringa för att få hjälp. Städning endast var tredje dag. Bra frukost. Mycket trevlig miljö precis på stranden. På stranden fanns en restaurang för lunch och middag samt en bar och glassbar. Överlag trevligt. Enkelt hotell men det hade det mesta som man behövde. Smidigt om man har bil.

A lovely clean & comfortable hotel on the beachfront, good breakfast and reasonable restaurant prices. There’s no lift but we’re fully able bodied so not a problem. Lovely place would stay again.

Vakkert og nytt hotell rett ved stranden! Stille og rolig område, men du fant alt du trengte. Vi valgte å bli i området heller enn å dra til Split etter første kveld i byen ;) Hotellet oppleves nytt, og rommene er vakre!

Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux et aux petits soins pour ces clients. Ils ont été très arrangeants pour le petit déjeuner. En revanche, nous avons eu malheureusement la mal chance de tomber à côté d'allemandes faisant des allers-retours pendant la nuit nous empêchant de dormir correctement. Etablissement propre et très bien situé

Fantastisk mottagning i receptionen av en supertrevlig kvinna när vi kom. AC’n på rummet var dock inte bra, den var placerad i hallen och ena sovrummet fick därför ingen kyla. Det var 29grader i rummet och väldigt svårt att sova. Det var även väldigt lyhört. Lät som att någon slängde glasflaskor under natten.
