話し好きのオーナーが親切にもてなしてくれて思い出深い旅行となった。フィリップ島のみならず、メルボルンの様々なおすすめスポットを教えてくれた。施設はきれいで、ジェットバスがあったのは日本人には嬉しかった。

清潔な部屋で快適でした。

客室の清掃も行き届いており、快適でした。共用ダイニング/リビングの電子ピアノを弾かせていただき、子供の旅行中の練習もできました。周辺はいい意味で何もなく、夜は素晴らしい星空が見え、朝はつがいのGooseやSwan Lakeに散歩に行くとワラビーやBlack Swanなど、多くの動物にも会うことができ、家族で滞在を楽しみました。ペンギンパレードまで車で2分、町までも車で10分程度で移動できます。

ペンギンパレードの場所まで車で１分で、パレード目的なら非常に便利。 但しレンタカー等で行く必要あり、また周囲にはレストラン、お店等何もないので、夕食は町まで行く必要がある。（朝食はホテルで準備される。） 部屋は清潔で、景色も非常に良い。

ペンギンパレードまで車で2-3分、ゆっくりとペンギンパレードを見ることができました。 Odette & Siegfried's Roomに宿泊、角部屋なので2つの窓&テラスから海と対岸線、スワンレイクが眺められてとても素敵でした。 夜は星空がとても綺麗で、南十字星も見え満天の星空に感動！ しいて言えば、アメニティは必要最低限のものしかありません。ヘアドライヤーは部屋にはなくフロント貸出です。 全体的にとても可愛く素敵な滞在が出来ました。

宿泊した部屋にジャグジーがあり、とてもくつろげた。部屋の窓から湖が見え、ワラビーも見ることができた。

ペンギンパレードから車で1分！お庭にはカンガルーが来る自然に囲まれたゲストハウスでした。オーナーもとっても親切でチャーミングでした。 周りには何もないので買っていったものを夕食に食べました。お湯や紅茶があり、ロビーで食べることができます。

An absolutely fantastic stay at Swan Lake. The hosts made us feel like family. Knowledgeable about the area and enjoyed having a few laughs. The room was exceptional, clean with the best view. We will definitely be back AAA

The property is neat and clean on the first day, but if you are staying more than one day, you have to stay in the dirty room with no housekeeping. No Bin, no iron, no table, no hair dryer, no microwave for the food; the photo on the website for breakfast is fake, and the view is not real apart from the lounge. 1947 old style TV, not internet is working; if you are paying $1000 for two nights, then its not worth while, host is nice, but amenities are below average.

Bernadette is a fabulous owner/host. This is the best place to stay onPhillip Island. The location, views and Bernadette’s local knowledge create an amazing experience. This place is very special.

Such a beautiful place. An impromptu getaway was simply perfect thanks to Bernadette and Swan Lake House staff. Beautiful view, service and facilities. Catered to my fussy diet even with less than 1hours notice of our booking. Thank you so much!
