The cottages were very old & run down. Hopefully now RAC parks have purchased the park they will be demolished and new ones built.

We booked a beachfront deluxe villa. Lovely verandah to sit out on. Perfect views of ocean. The villa was clearly old the bed was comfortable the sheets clean. Kitchen well supplied with all equipment. Lots of lovely walk paths to take also a short walk to a local cafe which overlooked Emu Point. Little disappointed with things that didnt really belong in a "Deluxe Villa" maintenance was lacking in some of the equipment.

Excellente situation, très calme et reposant au bord de l’eau

The photos for our accommodation were not what we got. We got the smallest, oldest cabin- no veranda out back- not what was pictured. kitchen- only one fry pan and one small pot for cooking- inadequate, and they were dirty. The carpet was old and filthy. The rooms and cupboards were sprayed with some chemical air freshener which stunk and gave me an allergic reaction (eyes and lips puffed up) . Tried to give feedback at reception, but they didn’t want to know.

Fantastic location with direct beach access -- especially exciting for husband who's a keen fisherman.

Room was very run down with damaged old decor and appliances and drafty when wind blowing

HIenolla paikalla oleva leirintäalue. Meillä oli mökki aivan rannalla, tilava ja siisti kahden makuuhuoneen mökki. Ilmalämpöpunppu oli alitehoinen. Sattui lokakuulle viileitä päiviä ja raikas tuuli mereltä. Mökissä tarkeni mutta lämpimämpikin olisi voinut olla.

Lovely place to stay hoping to stay there again soon

Location was good. Close to beach, good walking path to café. Building old. But ok. Bathroom done up but smelt mouldy. Not easy manoeuvring around the end of the bed and wardrobe to get into my side of the bed.

Based myself here for a few days whilst in Albany on business. Nice cottage with kitchen and ensuite. Did exactly what I wanted and a great location.

The bungalow was close to the beach and overall area is amazing BUT the floor of the bungalow was very dirty and old. The walls hadn't been painted since the 90 s and were a horrible colour. There was no lounge to sit on. We only expected a two seater but there was nothing. We couldn't stay another night because it was so aweful.

Worst accommodation ever. Don't recommend to anyone stat there in how they described "budget accomodation" ... Extremely dirty and dusty. Shame that's in Very popular spot. Disappointing, disgusting

We love staying down in the Emu Point area during our visits to Albany. It is quieter than being in town and these villas are right on the water. They are pretty well equipped and we had most things we needed. Our only complaints are the cleanliness - the bbq was filthy, covered in bits of mince. Nothing was supplied to clean other than a tiny thin scourer & dish liquid. We shouldn’t have to clean as soon as we arrive anyway. And the spiders/spider webs everywhere also when we arrived. The villas do need a good clean regardless but these were the main issues.
