入口が非常に分かりづらいです。小さな看板しかない。 ホテルらしくないドア。部屋、ベッドは広く使いやすいです。机がとても小さいですが、棚が大きく荷物が置けました。椅子はありません。コンセントの数が１個でした。ドライヤーはありません。共用ルームに電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ポット、調理器具、食器があり、助かります。立地は観光地が近く便利ですが、駅からは遠いです。（トラムバス停は近くです。）早朝、空港まで行く必要がありましたが208のバス停がすぐ近くでとても助かりました。

立地はよく、観光しやすい場所にあります。 地図の位置がズレているのですがホテルのマークがあるので呼び鈴押したら出てきてくれます。 観光するためだったらいいと思います。

入り口が判りにくい。

市電28番が目の前を走り、リスボン大聖堂のすぐそば。 コルメシオ広場や最寄りの地下鉄まで、徒歩5～6分圏内。慣れると、ロシオ広場や、かなりの観光地が、徒歩圏内です。 観光地への行き方や、便利な公共交通券のことまで、他にも聞けば色々教えてくれます。 最期に、帰りのフライトのWebcheck in が出来ずに困っていると、丁寧に色々対応してくれました。 朝食は、簡単なものでしたが、ゆっくりたっぷり頂けます。キチネット付きのへやは、お湯を沸かしたり、レンジで温めたり、簡単な食事も用意出来ます。ただ、テーブルと、椅子がないので、ちょっと困りました。私の部屋は、フロントと玄関が別で、出入りも自由自在でした。 あと、ドライヤー、リンスがないので、自前が必要。床がコンクリートなので、冬場はちょっと厳しいかも。 総合的に、リーズナブルな、居心地の良い空間でした。

昼間は市電、車の音が窓側の部屋だったのかうるさかった。 部屋はゲストハウスのうたい文句どうりでホテルよりは一般の住民が住んでる感があって私には リラックスできた。

ホテルは電車やトラムの駅近くに位置していて、とても便利です。 部屋は開放的で清潔感があり、朝食はシンプルだけど満足できます。 スタッフはとても親切で、快く情報提供などしてくれました。 とくに、チェックイン時間の前や、チエックアウトしたあとでもロッカーを貸してくれ、フレキシブルな対応がとてもよかったです。

Very convenient for getting around Lisbon; a stone throw from the Cathedral and Lisbon’s many eateries. We had a concrete floor (no tiles on top) which couldn’t be cleaned properly so we constantly had gritty feet otherwise the room was clean and the bed was made daily. Towels not changed daily though.

We enjoyed our stay. A few items needed, fans in all rooms, the kitchen needed a sharp knife you could cut with, eg tomato , a dishwasher that worked. A hair dryer, even if that was on request from staff to use in bathroom. An iron and board on request to use. Rooms were noisy being on the tram street. Towels hanged each day as they ran out . Staff were great. Supermarket nearby. Transport near.

Spacious bathroom, kitchen with top stove, microwave and tea cattle. Rich bath towels and the amazing hospitality of the receptionist and the fact that they stored our luggage until check in time. I only would like to provide better instructions of how to access the place when you arrive earlier than reception hours because we arrived around 9:30am and didn’t know what to do to store the luggage until the cleaning lady opened for us when we kept knocking on the door

Je pensais avoir louer une chambre dans un hôtel et c est une maison de 7 chambres avec une cuisine et sanitaires à partager. Difficile de râler car pas cher par contre très bruyant le tramway passe au ras des chambres de 5 h à 22h . Sinon il y a une personne présente de 14h à 22h sur un petit si besoin . Une permanence. Adorable femme . Je peux conseiller cette endroit. Très bien placé dans la ville . Le seule soucis c est le bruit extérieur et la vie en communauté car on entend ses voisins. Mais encore une fois pour le prix difficile de se plaindre

Não tinha banheiro no quarto Banheiro coletivo Das 16:30 horas que cheguei até as 9:30 da manhã banheiro não tinha sido limpo. Foi limpo as 10 da manhã. Foi bem limpo! Cama era bem confortável

Awesome receptionist who is very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately the rooms were in poor condition. In the first room, the bedding was yellow from sweat stains. There are many holes in the walls and tiles missing which ends up feeling very grimy and looks like a great place for pests to hide. The photos in the pictures don’t show what it actually looks like, they must be one room which I did not see. AC was broken. The pillows were very lumpy and I could tell they had been slept on for years. This place has a lot of potential but needs several renovations and new linens and pillows. It seems like the owner needs to invest more in the hotel if they want to run a quality establishment. Staff and location was excellent.

This address does not work for Uber!

I was so pleased with my room, I wish I had a longer stay there! The location was excellent for walking around to see the sights. There were shops nearby. I attended the Fado at the restaurant next door and it was amazing. So glad the staff at the hotel recommended I go.

Overall great location and wonderful helpful staff. It is a hostel like accommodation with shared bathroom and kitchen but we never had a problem waiting for the bathroom. The bed wasn’t terribly comfortable but we prefer something a little firmer and ours felt like an inflatable type mattress. Also AC is for the entire flat- you cannot control the temperature in your room. On an average summer night that might be fine but we were in Lisbon during some high 90s and we were pretty uncomfortable all night. We also could not leave the window open because tram 28 ran by it every 10 minutes which is terribly noisy.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, grosses Zimmer, schöner Ausblick Sehr laute Srrassengeräusche (jede Minute eine Bahn oder Autos) sehr dreckiger Boden von den Strassenschuhen (Hausschuhe wie in Japan wären sinnvoll- bitte keine Strassenschuhe in Gängen und WC!)

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la ubicación ya que está muy céntrico y el personal de recepción fue muy amable, sobre todo Katia, fue super simpática y siempre con una sonrisa!. Las instalaciones son muy viejas, la verdad que bastante caro para la calidad de habitación. Encontramos bichos por la habitación, las habitaciones no están insonorizadas por lo que se escucha todo y es dificil dormir. La limpieza bien, normal.

Simples, não sabia que o banheiro era compartilhado. Muito bem localizado.
