5月初めに宿泊しましたが一階だからなのかとても寒かったです。 ストーブなど暖房機器があれば良かったです。場所も良く、スタッフも良かったです。

スタッフがとても親切でフレンドリー。マチュピチュに行く前に荷物を預かってもらいました。部屋もシャワーも快適でした。

in general the hotel was ok not the best one too cold the room and hot water

This hotel is charming and centrally located. It’s a rustic, no frill property good for the price. The beds were a bit hard for my taste and rooms on the colder side, we were there at the end of May (Peruvian winter), but they had lots of very warm blankets and we were not cold sleeping in our beds.

We were in room 207. While the hotel and the breakfast were fine, we had NO HOT WATER at any time … morning, afternoon or night. Plus the toilet would continue to flow water into the bowl after it had been flushed. To stop it we had to remove the ceramic top from the cistern, Fiddle with the insides, and then it would stop flushing. Looks like we got the dud room. Luckily it was a short stay.

The airport Shuttle did not exist. There is no heat in the rooms except a space heater, which didn’t work for two nights. The one night I ate at the restaurant my food seems like it was heated up in the microwave. While on other nights I saw people eating what looked like very nicely prepared meals. The staff was great and very friendly. We switched rooms, which was a very smart move because the original bathroom faucet and shower were barely functional. The second room was much better in that regard.

Quarto limpo, tudo perfeito.

O hotel é bem localizado, a 2 minutos da Praça de Armas. O café da manhã continental é satisfatório com frutas, queijo, presunto, pão, ovo, panqueca, sucos e iogurte. É um hotel antigo e os banheiros postados em fotos nem sempre condizem com o da hospedagem. Foi o que aconteceu conosco. Pedimos para trocar, pois o primeiro que ficamos estava como muito morfo, o segundo quarto também não estava legal. Mas foi resolvido pela funcionários Mônica que nos instalou em um quarto com banheiro mais adequado. O hotel tem restaurante e possui uma área externa próximo aos quartos que muitos hóspedes costumas ficar, então, caso a pessoa tenha condições especiais em dormir, tem que pontuar a questão.

Nos encantó quedarnos en este hotel en el cual te sientes como en casa! Tiene una linda decoracion, es seguro u muy limpio.

Quarto limpo

Staff was very helpful. Carried my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. No heat. We were at bit cold ar night.

Las condiciones del hotel la verdad es que ya están desgastadas, el persona es muy amable, queda súper cómodo para las salidas de los tours pues estas a media cuadra de la plaza. Para solo llegar a dormir está ok

Excelente atención y relación precio -calidad muy buena. Ubicación súper céntrica a metros de la plaza principal. Muy recomendado.

I had a issue I forgot my backpack in my room. Staff found it and had my backpack delivered to me at the airport. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

You get what you pay for. My biggest gripe was the wifi didn’t work in my room. If I wanted to talk on the phone or video call I would have to go into the hallway to do it. Besides that the shower leaked a bit, and barely ever had hot water. The restaurant was good though, staff was very friendly, and common areas were nice.

Great location, staff is very friendly. Including breakfast. The shower had a nice pressure and very hot water.
