ホテルは市内中心部に近く、食べ物もたくさんあります。

バス停に近い、戦略的な立地です。階段が急なので、ご年配の方にとっては上階への上り下りは少し大変かもしれません。それ以外は、とても良いです。

立地は本当に良く、スタッフも親切で感じが良かったです。この料金で全体的に良かったです。

最初にチェックインしたときは3階の部屋でしたが、開けてみると、その部屋は他の人が使用していて片付けられていなかったことが判明しました。 その後、受付は1階の部屋に移動し、部屋はもっと広かったですが、床は掃いていないように汚れていて、照明が1つしかなく明るさが足りませんでした。 バスルームは清潔でしたが、歯ブラシやミネラルウォーターは用意されていませんでした。 将来的には部屋の清潔さにはもっと注意が払われることを願っています。 そうそう、部屋にはイスラム教徒用のキブラの指示と礼拝マットとムケナがあります。

どこにでも近い、まさにロケーション。エレベーターはなく、大きなスーツケースを持ち上げるのを手伝ってくれる人もいませんでした。

Khách sạn hơi cũ và hơi tối do đèn, hầu như các phòng đều được cho thuê lưu trú dài hạn. Địa điểm nằm ở khu dễ dàng di chuyển tới những địa điểm tham quan khác. Giá cả cũng hợp lý.

Baik banget resepsionisnya, bisa drop luggage juga karena belum waktunya check in.

It look like the bed sheet and pillow smell. No towel and toilet paper as well. But spiritually it is OK.

1. tidak ada lift. 2. menurut keterangan Travelika jarak dengan grandinn 213 meter ternyata sangat jauh dari pernang road, Suasana lokasi sangat sepi jauh dari keramaian. 4. WiFi tidak ada/tidak bisa connect. 5. sangat kecewa dengan hotel ini.

Staf hotel yang peramah dan banyak membantu. Lantai agak sejuk dan kasar kerana tidak di alas.

The room is spacious. Everything is perfect consider for the price and location in penang. The staff really friendly and helpful.

This hotel is strategically located within the City Center of Georgetown and walking distance to Esplanade, Padang Kota Lama. Bed was comfy and will definitely come back again!

Pro - near with many attractions like 3D Art Museum, Fort Cornwallis, padang kota etc. The room was clean and tidy. Con - No elevator. Just imagine my mom is senior citizen need to climb 3rd floor eventhough I was mentioned earlier in my reservation.

The hotel room and the location is good. just that the air conditions is not so cold.

Pros: Affordable, convenient, quiet, free parking for those with cars. Cons: Entrance to the hotel could be improved.
