ケルン大聖堂までは徒歩圏内です。周辺には飲食店も沢山あり食事に困りません。提携駐車場の割引があります。かなりお得になりました（提携駐車場は予約時にメッセージ頂けます） スタッフの対応も良く的確です。日本語が話せるスタッフも居て助かりました。

ケルン中央駅から川沿いに歩いて10分ほどで、周囲にレストランも多数あり便が良かったです。部屋もベッドも広く快適に過ごせました。毎朝の朝食も美味しく、清掃もきちんとされていました。

ポッドがあるとなお良かったかな でも、部屋はすごく綺麗で、とても満足です。それに加えて、リーズナブルな価格です。安いお値段で良いホテルをお探しの方にぴったりだと思います。

部屋は広くて良かった。窓の外は狭い道を挟んで他の建物の窓があり、カーテンを閉めたままにせざるを得なかった。 車で行ったので、駐車場からホテルまでスーツケースを運ぶのに、それ程距離はないのですが、レンガ道の凸凹がきつく、苦労しました。（ホテルには駐車場がなく提携駐車場から運びました。）また、ホテルの場所が分かりにくく、探すのにも苦労しました。ドームから徒歩で5-10分ほどで場所的には良かったと思います。 朝食は盛り付けもきれいで、おいしかったです。

出張で利用したが、川からも近く、地下鉄も近く、便利でした。場所は少しわかりずらいですが、一度見つけられれば非常に閑静な場所で良いです。スタッフもとてもやさしく、部屋もきれいでした。

部屋にはエアコンが無く、ベットやシャワールームはとても小さいが、日本人にはさほど気にならない程度。周りにはカフェや商店も沢山あり、ほんの少し歩けばライン川に出られるなど立地はナイス。ライン川沿いを散歩するのはとても気持ちいいですよ。

Room was spotless. Staff was courteous and offered great customer service, especially the very friendly manager. Definitely will stay there again the next time. Location is right in the center of Old Town, walkable to many distractions and street malls in Köln. It was an memorable stay. Thank you CityClass am Heumarkt.

Top Hotel in super Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man ein Konzert in der Lanxess Arena besuchen möchte

Excelente hotel, por su ubicación, a metros de Heumarkt, por su comodidad (tres estrellas cómodo), y por un buen desayuno. Además el hotel está próximo a la estación de metro y los restaurantes de Colonia, sin dudas una grata experiencia. El personal es muy atento no solo en Recepción sino también el de limpieza de habitaciones

During our short stay the elevator was not working and yet there was no offer to help with luggage. Otherwise the staff was wonderful and the location was wonderful in the room was wonderful.

Das Zimmer war klein aber für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend. Sauberkeit war gut. Das Frühstück war klasse aber wenig Sitzplätze. An der Bar leider keine Cocktails. Die Sauna ist ebenfalls klein aber alles sauber. Nachteil: keine Getränke in der Sauna und keine info darüber.
