The fridge was dirty, the office wasnt open when i was ready to check out, half the plugins in the room didnt work.

Waited 20 minutes for somebody to come down to check me in. It was clean and a good location. You get two towels even if you have three people in your room. You pay extra for everything including more than two towels.

The property was clean and the desk clerk was polite.. They are no longer serving breakfast, which was a disappointment. And the room didn't have a coffee maker, which was a second big disappointment. I just wish i would have known ahead of time that they were no longer doing breakfast

This place is an amazing place to stay I love it here. And the staff is amazing. I haven’t met a single staff member that has been rude.

There was no clerk for hours!

We couldn’t sleep because some people were so noisy all night and no body told them to stop😡

Updates needed, mainly in the bathrooms

This place was very clean. Rooms were spacious. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

No-smoking policy but reeks of cigarettes through out the hallway and elevators.

We called to let the hotel know we would be arriving late night. We waited 20 minutes for someone to check us in, then another 25 minutes before we were able to get into our room, which gave us 4 hours before we had to be at an event the next morning. The bed was a full size and on a metal frame that squeaked horribly everytime we moved. Very restless night, we will not stay at this franchise again.

It was quiet easy access to nearby places on the negative side the TV in the room wouldn't work it would come on but could not change channels even manually with the buttons on the TV the front desk shuts down on the evening and there's nobody there to help you with your issues I called customer service to try to get help with the TV and they told me I would have to wait till the next morning until there was staff available

Would not let me check in because my girlfriend didn't have her ID with her. I need to get a refund for my payment.

Great stay and affordable for a quick getaway. Clean and welcoming.

Was clean and quiet

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. The air conditioner strugfled to keep up with the Oklahoma heat. I wish they at least offered coffee.

One of the worst stay I've ever had the black lady at the front desk is very rude was told I could not have clean towels that I could go pay $7 out of my own pocket to wash and dry their towels so I could take a shower the beds are hard the room was not clean will not be coming back i will make sure everyone i knows wont go there the black lady was yelling at my mom and very very rude to her..
