Smells like food property is not clean or presentable

I wasn't able to stay at the hotel I wasn't able to get a room I couldn't get in the front door there was no one at the front desk I have yet to get a refund it's been 2 weeks now I demand a refund

This property was disappointing. Our TV didn't work the room was not clean and towels were dirty.

It was roach infested the shower didn't work they would not refund me my money back they were overbooked they couldn't come and date me another room I do not recommend this hotel at all I also have video and pictures of 2 days of dealing with roaches in our bed everywhere walls everything

I got there 1045pm stood in the cold over a hour trying to get ahold of some one to help me only to finc out they had no rooms

When the lady takes one look at you & says "I think you in wrong place", enough said.

There were roaches and it was dirty. Bed was tiny.

Roaches everywhere in first room, not much better in second room. Construction around building was inconvenient, but not a huge deal. People camping in vehicles overnight. Key card had to be reactivated each time I tried to enter the building.

Terrible roaches everywhere

I reserved a room weeks in advance and called the day of to confirm i was checking in late. I was told that it was fine and that i would need to call a number to wake up the night attendant. When i did so i could hear the lobby phones ringing but no one got it. I called four times. Finally called corporate to see if they can let me in the building and after a 15 minute wait i was told that they gave my resevation away. They claimed they tried to call me three times but i had no missed calls and had fine service the entire trip. I drove seven hours to find an empty lobby, my reservation had been given away on false pretenses, and i had to put $300 to stay at another hotel i found after DRIVING AROUND FOR ANOTHER HOUR. What is the point of making a reservation AND confirming a late check in if you are going to give it away and go back on your end of the deal anyway. This is a horribly run company. I will not book with them again and i will make sure as many people as possible abandon this company for actual quality, trustworthiness, and professionalism. Absolutely pathetic experience.

I had to slp in my car because no one was there for me to check in and it say I can check in anytime after 3pm

Noone came to the front desk for hours.

I had a reservation and when I try to check in they told me they were full had no rooms available why would they do that we you have a reservation terrible customer service

The smell was horrible

Roach infestation and a lot of commotion going on in the back parking lot.

Use of drugs and smoking in hallway. Dirty. Bug infested . Untrained staff. No towels and toiletries. No room check and no room cleaning. I had to check out a day earky for health reasons.

Got there and even though we had made a reservation they did not have a room for us. They still charged me for a room!!! Do not recommend staying here
