スタッフはとても親切で、部屋も質が良かった。

チェックイン時間より数時間早く到着しましたが、ホテルは無料で早めのチェックインを許可してくれました。

1泊目の夜は部屋が暑すぎて眠れませんでした。翌朝、フロントに行くと、共用暖房システムのせいでエアコンが使えないと言われました。21階の窓を開けるように言われ、小さな扇風機をもらいました。2泊目の夜はエアコンが使えるようになったので大丈夫でしたが、3泊目と4泊目はエアコンが使えなくなりました。再度フロントに連絡しましたが、同じ返答でした。

地下鉄駅に近い、素晴らしい宿泊施設です。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。

非常に良い立地です。地下鉄やバス停も近く、移動に便利です。清潔で快適、アメニティも充実しています。初めて泊まったときにこの場所が気に入ったので、別のホテルの予約をキャンセルして、またこのホテルに泊まることにしました。またここに泊まりたいですし、国内の別の新羅ホテルにも泊まってみたいです。

共用エリアは手入れが行き届いていません (カーペットは汚れていて、1 階のトイレも汚れています)。部屋は非常に狭いです。しかし、驚いたことに、朝食は素晴らしいです。

Quite near to the train station. There's a direct airport line at Gongdeok station, but the airport line needs to walk quite a distance to reach Exit 1 (staircase). Hotel wise is clean, spacious, but a bit old.

Staffs are very friendly and know how to speak English. Hotel accommodation very comfortable and enjoy. Easy to go anywhere. Have a nice holiday. Staffs clean our room every day, neat and clean as well. Worth it to stay here. Price is also reasonable.

Room is okay, not too big but enough. Close to Metro station, walking distance to airport bus stop. Minimarket just below the hotel.

โรงแรมห้องไม่ค่อยกว้างเท่าไหร่ ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง 555 ได้ยินเสียงห้องข้างๆ ดังมาก ความสะอาดให้ปานกลางค่ะ ควรปรับปรุงแก้ไขเรื่องปลั๊กไฟในห้อง เพราะค่อยข้างหลวม ชาร์จแบตมือถือยังลำบาก ส่วนการบริการดีมากๆ ค่ะ 🤭😅

close to subway station and airport bus, place is clean and quite spacious. my 2nd time here and both are grear experiences.

The aircon didn’t work well also there is no light in coffee maker’s place. Only the light from alley that keeps on and off automatically (human sensor).

Nice hotel, clean and decent-size room. Friendly staff. Very convenient location, 3 minute walk to Gongdeok subway station.
