Manager of this hotel is not good, very bad attitude

I commend your staff Lani Alma, she's been really nice assisting and helping us with our concerns.

This accommodation is great for short term rentals like I did. Pros : cool room. accessible location. The room is dark enough to sleep even during daytime. Very affordable. Cons: Washroom is terrible. It stinks. And once the bathroom door is open, the odor flows outside all the way to the sleeping area. I hope they can improve the toilet.

Not that great. In the female shared dorm, there was a strong smell of moth balls.

So bad experience dirty insects inside the room and feels like it is not a safe place

we only want to stay there for a night with my friends, but when we get inside the room we see insects also in the bathroom.

Location wise great, price wise best, staffs well behaved and cooperative.

Hotel is unclean and not cozy.

Tidak seperti sebuah penginapan yang umumnya, ternyata orang orang di dalam dorm itu telah tinggal lama di hotel ini dan membayar uang sewa secara bulanan (kost), sehingga barang barang mereka penuh sesak. Tidak ada aliran listrik untuk charge handpone dan lainnya, kita harus menitipkan pada resepsionis jika ingin charge. Toilet dan kamar mandi bersama dan hanya berpembatas kain. Staff tidak ramah, lokasi jauh dari mrt tetapi dekat jalan raya sehingga bisa menggunakan bus.

For the clean and the location is nice. But for the comfortable, is to far from comfort word. Not recommended

The staff are very good, and kind.
