This hotel was one of the biggest disappointments we’ve experienced and did not match the quality advertised on Expedia. The property is much older than the photos suggest. The interior is dark, outdated, and worn, making it feel closer to a 2-star hotel than a luxury resort. The parking area had construction materials, debris, and broken glass, creating a poor and unsafe first impression. The room was below expectations, and the beds and comforters were uncomfortable. The shower did not work for two full days, leaving four people unable to shower. We reported the issue to the front desk twice and requested a room change, but nothing was done and no one followed up. Many staff members seemed annoyed whenever we asked for assistance and were not helpful. Customer service was disappointing throughout our stay. The food was repetitive every day, bland, and lacked flavor or seasoning. There were also many flies around the dining areas, raising hygiene concerns. Several members of our group became ill with symptoms consistent with food poisoning, which ruined part of our vacation. The water slides and facilities are outdated and show significant wear. They look nothing like the promotional photos. We booked this resort based on Expedia’s description and images, but the actual experience was completely different. Poor maintenance, uncomfortable accommodations, unresponsive staff, and basic amenities not functioning made this an extremely frustrating stay. We would not recommend

Fin hotel til prisen. Gode faciliteter generelt! Vi har set bedre 5 stjernet resort hvad det angår service niveau. Der er for få ansatte og kun 1 bar ved poolområde, hvilket skaber lange kø og langt at gå der til.

I thought the property was beautiful, but some places had mould like the pools and my whole entire family got really really sick. The entire two weeks we were there.

The check in was fast and prompt. The room is very specious and clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning everyday! The property amenities are gorgeous!! So many restaurants to choose from; wide variety of dishes, fresh and delicious! Our favorite was Kadah. Kids loved the entertainment every day, our old one really enjoyed the water park, especially the slides! Even though the resort was at the full capacity, the staff was still very quick to serve. The resort is enormous, so we really appreciated the golf cart that transports to the beach. The only thing that I disliked was the access to the pool/beach towels. You can only get them inside the spa, and have to carry it around the entire property, and the beach is like 5-7 min walk, unless you get on the golf cart ride. Overall, we really loved the resort and enjoyed our stay.

Many activities for kids and families, variety of foods but many main dishes were away from Turkish food taste and quality, it was disappointing to see it was not tasting good. Glasses at lunch, breakfast, dinner times were not clean, same thing for plates, there were food residues on plates. Sütlaç at snack section had gone and bad tasting awful but was being served. Tarhana soup was with mince meat which is first time to see for me and away from taste of tarhana soup, Adana and köfte were tasting very bad, böreks were not fresh, we had to taste everything before giving to our kids. Overall very family oriented and very helpful nice staff except some that did not look happy at their job and avoided getting in contact while answering. Pools are huge and clean. Shuttle service to beach is excellent, very convenient takes 2 minutes to get there and back to hotel.

Amazing family friendly and well cleaned and maintained resort. A lot of activities, great food and very accommodating staff. I will defenately come back and will recommend 👌

Alacart sınırsız olması cok hoşuma gitti.Snack olarak pideleri cok güzeldi.Odalar bakımlı ve temizdi.Calışan endonezyalılardı ve o kadar işini hakkıyla yapıyorlardı ki anlatamam.Onlara burdan cok teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum.Calışan olarak tek sinirimi bozan ana restauranta ızgara bölümünün karşısında calışan bir Türk bizi oturdugumuz yerden kaldırmak başka bı tarafa gıtmemizi saglamak için cok cabaladı ama ruslar gelınce onlara resmen kucak actı.Bu şekilde yerli ve türk ayırması cok sinirimizi bozdu.Cocuklarımda rahatsız olmuş bu durumdan .Endonezyalı çalışanlardan gercekten cok memnun kaldım.Otel olarak eksi yanı tatlıları cok başarısız özellıkle baklava kısmı.Pastalar dakeza öyle. Onun dışında memnunduk.

Tesisin ala carte restoranları beklentimizin çok üzerinde çıktı. Geniş bir alanda olması aquaparkların fazlasıyla büyük olması açıkçası aileler için harika. İçecek kalitesi bence bölge ortalamalarının üzerinde. Akşam 5 de açılan prestige bar premium içeceklere sahip. Kemer bölgesi deniz anlamında belkide Antalya’nın en iyisi. Tekrar gelir miyiz kesinlikle evet 🙏

Leider wurden unsere Zimmer an 2 von 7 Tagen nicht sauber gemacht unteranderem auch nicht richtig. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten sah überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern und gestunken hatte es auch jedes Mal aufs Neue nach Abfluss, Toilette. In den pool’s leider ab und an auch. Die Leute waren auch sehr unverschämt und haben keine Manieren (die Gäste) Katastrophal.. der Kiosk der dort drinne ist, die reinste abzocke 😃 die Preise sind unverschämt. Und leider ist der Preis dieses Hotels auch nicht gerechtfertigt. Sie sollten lieber mal aktuelle Fotos des Hotels ins Internet stellen. Wir waren am Ende des Hotels im Zimmer , die Lüftung oder was auch immer war sehr laut und jedes Mal hat es getropft. 5 Sterne sind etwas anderes. Das Essen lässt zu wünschen übrig, es war fast immer das selbe jeden Tag. Und morgens und mittags sowieso.

Gayet güzel geçti yoğun bir dönemde gittik ama herşey iyiydi oda temizliği güzeldi denize de uzak değil tedirgin gittik ama hiç öyle denilen gibi uzak değildi otel içi zaten köprüden geçiyorsun sadece yüreyek gidiliyor otel kocaman zaten denizi de güzeldi havuzu kocaman bölüm bölüm en kalabalık zaman da bile boş yerler var onca insan olmasına rağmen hiç iç içe olmadık kaydıraklar eğlenceliydi dondurma güzeldi tatlılar normal gayet eğlendik teşekkürler 5 gece kaldık yetmedi 😃
