部屋が広くて清潔 朝食が美味しい。

チェックインの時間までビルには入りませんでした。連絡もとれませんでした。立地がいい反面夜中までずっとうるさかったです。 2泊をとまりましたが、掃除がありません。 キッチンがあるので、自炊するには助かった。

ロケーションは、旧市街の中心に位置しており、どこに行くにも非常に便利でとても良いです。 部屋はアパートメントタイプなので、キッチン、リビング、寝室、バスルームがあり、１人には広すぎるぐらいでした。ただ、室内設備等についてはやや不満が残りました。まず、ティッシュペーパーが備えられておらず、そのため、トイレットペーパーを代用しました。 　また、インスタントコーヒーは、缶筒にドンと入れられており、いつから使用されているのかわからず、やや衛生面で疑問を感じました。さまざまな人が利用するので、個包装のパックにするべきだと感じました。電気ケトルも、古いためか、手入れがなされていないせいはわかりませんが、内部のメッキが剥がれてきており衛生的でないので使用しませんでした。 　室内調度品も一部壊れていたり、古かったりしてハード面とソフト面でややアンバランスな感じを受けました。 　朝食はクーポンを貰って、近くのレストランで摂るスタイルで、ブッフェ形式ではなく、６種類ぐらいからの選択式でした。 　総合的に考えて、ロケーションはすごく良いですが、やや室内設備に関しては、もう少し配慮がほしいと思います。ドゥブロブニクという観光地なので、値段を考慮すると致し方ないのかもしれませんが・・。 　

旧市街のど真ん中にあり、とても便利です。ドゥブロヴニクの階段を登ることなく到着できるのが良かったのですが、部屋が3階だったので荷物を運ぶのだけが大変でした。オーナーのMarkoも手伝ってくれました。 部屋は広くて綺麗でベッドの寝心地も良かったです。 浴室はシャワーのみですが少し狭め、お湯がタンク式なので2人連続で入ると水になってしまうので少し時間をずらすと良いです。 もらった朝食券が使えるお店はとても雰囲気がよく、ジュースとコーヒーは飲み放題でした。

良かった点 ・チェックインが遅かったがしっかり対応してくれた ・チェックインの際に玄関の外まで出てきて迎えてくれた ・最上階まで荷物運びを手伝ってくれた ・キッチンにお皿やフライパンなど料理に必要な設備が整っていた ・洗濯機、乾燥機、食洗機があった ・広くて清潔感があった ・朝食がレストランのダルマティーノ ・全ての門へのアクセスがとても容易 いまいちな点 ・最上階までの階段が辛い ・通りが夜遅くまで大いに盛り上がっており騒がしい

旧市街の中のあるので大きなスーツケースを持っての移動は 体力が必要です。宿の階段は狭く、我々はローマを拠点にして、2泊分の荷物のみでの宿泊だったので楽でした。 部屋は清潔で広く明るく、立地は最高です。

ドブロブニク旧市街にあるので、観光にはとても便利、お部屋も清潔で、スタッフがとても親切でいろいろ教えてくれました。海沿いではないけれどとても素敵なホテルでした。

2017年7月11日～13日の二泊滞在しました。 Splitからのバスが遅れ、チェックイン時間が21時ギリギリになってしまいましたが、非常に丁寧に対応いただきました。 旧市街の便利な場所にあり、深夜まで周囲が明るいので、ディナーや観光で戻りが遅くなっても安心です。 天井が高く、ゆったりとした清潔なお部屋で、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 ドゥブロブニクに滞在する際はまた利用したいです。

マネージャーのNikaさんは、とっても親切でフレンドリー。お部屋にトラブルがあった時もすぐ対応してくれた。お部屋は可愛い小物がたくさんあり、快適でした。何なり良かったのは、旧市街地の中心にあるので、買い物をして置きに戻るのもしょっちゅう出来ました。ドブロブニクにはまた行きたいし、再来の時は必ずここを利用しようと思います。

旧市街から少し離れ目いますが、トラムの 駅が目の前にあり、長距離バスターミナルや旧市街まで楽に出られます。

Excellent location, perfect for wonding in the old town and nearby attration, the biuilding & room are very clean. the host is not always around, one should contact hotel for arrival check in time to be sure, email answered promptly. Breakfast was provided in a small restaurant about two minutes walk from the hotel.

Only problem, hot water ran out quickly and only 2 of us and beds were not great. Still almost 5 stars

Beautiful hotel in perfect location. I wish the couch was a bit bigger so it would be possible for all guests to relax and even sleep on it.

Amazing location within the walls and doesn’t have any steps to get to the hotel!! If you book the private car from the airport Andrea meets you at the drop off location to walk you to the hotel which was so helpful. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again

The location is great. The room is spacious and has a separate bedroom and living room. Check in is located in a different building and they are not there when they aren’t having check ins. We had 2 TVs. Neither would connect to the internet so they were unavailable. The check-in worker did come the next morning and got one TV working, but by the time we returned from our tour, it wasn’t working again. Overall it was a quiet room, however the first night, there must have been a party at Mamas, which was right outside our first floor window and they partied till 2am. VERY noisy. (Bring earplugs in case there is a party going on. But don’t worry that it will be like that all the time)

We booked Palmotta #4 for two nights (paid in full), #4 is on the "first floor". Croatia Airlines cancelled out flight into Dubrovnik (tire wouldnt hold air), so we were sent to Zagreb then the next day to Dubovnik. Meanwhile Palmotta Palace moved us to #9, 3rd floor. No elevator, step scary stairs. The receptionist was rude. All this being said, the location is great.

Good, staff not to welcoming, had to wait one hour for staff to arrive to be able to enter, and stair with gab was very uncomfortable

Misrepresented as a hotel. The receptionist was never there. We were lucky to get in to dial to be let into our room. Good location.

The staff was very helpful before and during checkin. The room was spacious and the property we’ll keep. Great location right off the main Old Town street.
