客室は清潔で快適でした。シャワーブースも広かったです。

Since the plan included breakfast, I asked for a lunch box when I went out early in the morning, and they brought it to my room the day before. Thank you very much.

チェックアウト後に長時間、手荷物を無料で預かってくれました。 非常にスタッフが良く、この値段で泊まれるホテルとしては申し分ありません。

駅やバス停から非常に近く便利でした。夜は正面玄関はロックされますが、カードキーで入ることが出来、24時間フロントに人がいて安心です。朝食は7時半から10時半まで利用でき、チェックアウトは11時とゆっくりできました。

観光に便利な立地で近くに飲食店も沢山ありショッピングも楽しめました。清潔なお部屋で快適に宿泊できとても良かったです。

立地が良い。 ただ大通りに面しているので、車やバスの走行音がします。 また壁が薄いのか、隣や上階の音がします。

とにかく交通の非常に良い

三泊した。地下鉄の駅の改札から1、2分で極めて近いという理由で予約した。三ツ星だが、電気ポットと冷蔵庫が備わり、コーヒーと紅茶は毎日補充してくれた。幾つかの街を周遊して、四ツ星にも宿泊したが、三ツ星で電気ポットと冷蔵庫があったのはついにここだけであった。やはり、ワインやビールが冷やせるし、コーヒーが気軽に飲めたのでゆったり出来た。部屋やバスルームも清潔だし、湯量も豊富であった。周囲にはカフェレストランやポルトガルレストランがウジャウジャあり、とても便利。ポルトガル料理に飽きてきたら、インド系料理屋や中華レストランが多く集まる一帯には少し歩くが、徒歩圏内である。スタッフもにこやかでとても良いホテルであった。リスボンは20年ぶりだが、もし、また来るようであれば宿泊したいと思うホテルである。

地下鉄を出て1分でホテルのロビー。街の中心にあり、どこへも徒歩で移動できる。設備は新しく、清潔で快適。とくに朝食は期待以上のバリエーションに満足。リスボン観光の拠点に文句なし。

Baixa駅から坂を少し下って右に曲がってすぐでした。赤い建物だからすぐにわかると思っていたのに、思ったより目立たず見落としてしまいました。でも事前に地図で見て、番地を確認しておけばとてもわかりやすい場所だと思います。コメルシオ広場までも5分もかかりませんし、サンタジュスタのリフトまでも多分5分くらいだと思います。部屋は広くはありませんでしたが、この辺りはだいたいどこもあまり広くないと聞いたので十分満足です。シャワーが上からのシャワーだけではなく、前面上や、前面下からも出るようになっていて、バスタブはありませんでしたが、温まりました。石鹸がオレンジの香りでいい匂いでした。

地下鉄バイシャシアードからすぐです。3泊しましたが、立地がよく観光、食事、何もかも楽しむことができました。部屋も新しく清潔。使い勝手の良い金庫あり、ポット有りでした。wifiのパスワードは苗字です。最初の一文字だけ大文字です。朝食は7:30からでした。

ロシオ広場とコメルシオ広場の中間にあり、地下鉄のバイシャシアード駅に近く観光には便利。 ホテルのセキュリティは深夜早朝は入口はスタッフに空けてもらうシステムで、エレベーターもカードキーが無いと動かないようになっています。 値段も安くフロントの女性スタッフが親切でした。

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel's air-conditioning was superb, kept us cool during day break and overnight. Very peaceful sleep. Location is great too. Won't hesitate to recommend to friends

Great location — close to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. The staff were generally friendly, and overall I enjoyed my stay. The only issue I experienced was with the hot water. On the first night, I thought I might have been using the faucet incorrectly, and since it was quite late, I did not report it. As a result, I had to take a cold shower that evening. On the second night, when I returned to the hotel, I spoke with the receptionist about the issue. He mentioned that the boiler was probably not working properly. While I understand that problems can happen and that there may not have been an immediate solution available late at night, I felt that a simple apology for the inconvenience would have been appreciated. The response came across as somewhat frustrated, which made the situation a little disappointing. I did have some warm water that night, enough for a quick shower, and after reporting the issue again on the third day, the hot water was finally restored. I understand that equipment can occasionally fail, and I do not blame the staff for a problem that occurred late at night. My only suggestion would be that, in situations like this, a few kind words, an apology, and a polite explanation can go a long way toward helping guests feel valued and understood. Despite this issue, I enjoyed my stay and would still recommend the hotel because of its excellent location and overall positive experience.
