総合評価とレビュー Wellton Riga Hotel & SPA

予約していたのに、うまく行っていなかったようで少し時間がかかりました。最終的に問題なかったのですが、不安になるのでもう少し対応に気遣いがあると嬉しいと思いました。 基本は清潔ですが、部屋に入った際、バスタブに髪が残っていて気になりました。 それ以外は良い滞在でした！

スタッフがとても親切でした。 朝食も素晴らしい。スパークリングワインがあります。 場所も便利です。 唯一困ったのは駅から行くには地下道を通らないといけなく、階段しかないので荷物が重いと大変です。

帰国前日に一泊しました。空港行きのバス停が目の前なのでスーツケースを持っての移動には大変楽でした。部屋も綺麗で快適です。私は利用しませんでしたが宿泊者が利用できるスパがありました。

バスターミナルの近くで移動に便利。 街に行くにも全然近い。 部屋が最上階で部屋からの景色がよかった。 また行くなら泊まる。

旧市街にあるバス停から近い利便性の高いホテルです。 以下、スパの感想です。 ○綺麗な高温サウナとスチームサウナ ○２つのジャグジー ○デッキチェアでの休憩 リガの旧市街にあるホテルです。 サウナを含め、全体的にとても綺麗で清潔感があります。男女共用のため水着着用が必須です。 予約制となっていますが、それでも人で溢れており、夜の時間はあまり落ち着けないかもしれません。 疲れを取るというよりかは、ワイワイした雰囲気を楽しむための施設といった感じです。

タリンから高速バスで移動してきたのですが、ホテルがバス停から近く助かりました。旧市街の入り口にあるので観光もしやすく良かったです。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけました。お部屋は十分広く、清潔で大満足です。ご縁がありましたらまた泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。

今回で２回目の利用でしたが、施設自体は大きな違いはなく、掃除も行き届いており安心して利用できる。朝食もビジネスランチも充実しています、

今回はバスで暗くなってからの到着でした。 ターミナルを出て線路をくぐったらすぐに分かり、とても便利でした。 旧市街もすぐでロケーションもばっちりでした。 部屋も綺麗で、朝食も美味しかったです。

Good location

Hyvällä sijainnilla vanha kaupunki ihan vieressä lähellä bussi ja juna-asema sekä pysäkki lentoasemalle vieressä.

Realy good room,and realy glean hotel, but mini bar was very warm. Restaurant tapas tapas it is also good. (Good food)

Muito bem localizado, ótimas acomodações e excelente café da manhã

Very noisy!! The location of the hotel to the local transport links means constant noise from the trams / buses etc. there are also a couple of bars nearby and the noise travels from the outdoor seating (room dependent we were almost directly above the seating outside). Suite was a generous size (802) though. Breakfast choice was good but busy at times and had to wait to be seated.

Great hotel

Really central location. Easy walk to Old Riga and the main tourist attractions (House of the Blackheads, Occupation of Latvia museum etc). If you are getting the bus from the airport the stop is right on the street in front so very convenient. The room was really nice and had everything needed. The only downside was my room was at the front of the property right near the tram line so you could hear the trams later into the evening.

Hyvä sijainti, ihan ok kokemus. Aulassa todella voimakas haju.

A recepção de um hotel é o serviço apresentado por este! Excelente serviço por colaboradores jovens e muito competentes. Um bom quarto,com uma excelente vista para cidade. O pequeno almoço é totalmente completo! Muito bom nas variedades, na competência dos funcionários, na limpeza do local, na comida deliciosa. Infelizmente 😕, foi nosso último dia numa viagem nos países Bálticos. Adorávamos ter passado mais dias neste hotel. Não deu para desfrutar do spa, mas há bom espaço para uma boa sauna, jacuzzi e ou uma massagem.

The hotel is in good place bot far from restaurant's and historical part of the city. O had an issues with my card bot opening the door after late night around midnight i couldn't get in the room with my card beitithe receptionist this was very unpleasant experience. The personal try to resolve but he lacks of communication in that process that makes all situations more awkward. It took around half hour so i went yo bed after 1am. No apologies no explanations. Let all this stay very unpleasant. Something to improve or work on. Haven't tried the Wellness amenities so can't comment on this.
