施設の古さは感じたが部屋がとてもよかった！また利用したい

Room was OK , we stayed at a superior apartment one bed room. Not very clean but ok. Reception is kind but the car entrance gate is really hard to find, you must be prepared your mobile phone to call the gate to enter the area. Free parking is good advantage, station and central area is quite close.

C'est mon second séjour dans cette résidence bien placé et vue sur mer. En mai 2023 nous avions eu un appartement magnifiquement restauré et décorés.Cette fois ci, je me suis vu attribuer un appartement dans un état de vétusté inacceptable pour une location de vacances: plusieurs prises murales arrachés, 2 abat-jours de lampe cassées; climatisation qui ne fait pas de froid, nombreux carrelages ébréchés , peinture écaillé au plafond, salle de bain vétuste avec porte de la douche cassée et remplacée par un rideau qui colle, traces de moisissure importante, pas de tablette autour du lavabo pour poser ses affaires. dans la cuisine, pas de bouilloire électrique et les portes de placard qui ferment mal, frigo avec le joint de porte qui ne fait pas son travail. les vitres intérieures de l'appartement son sales et surtout tous les rideaux sont en partie décrochés et ne coulisse pas bien donc impossible de mettre la chambre dans l'obscurité! les jetés de canapés qui cachent les taches sont trouées et déchirées. Les coussins de chaises perdent de la mousse qui s'effrite au sol. Draps du lit propres mais troués et tachés. Pas de fer à repasser. pour moi, cette appartement est impropre à la location. Je mets tout de même 3 étoiles Car le lendemain la conciergerie m'a donné un autre appt tout a fait fonctionnel, propre et entretenu. Une fiche contact devrait être mise en place à l'attention du propriétaire pour le faire réagir. J'espère que ces notes iront au propriétaire.

This unit was advertised as a one bedroom but in fact was a studio apartment. There was only a curtain separating the sleeping area from the main part of the apartment. Several of the plugs did not work. Kitchen appliances were years out of date. Overall the apartment felt like someone had emptied out their dead Grandma's house of furniture and stored it in this unit

En superior-lägenhet på 100 kvm med enorm utsikt! Två toaletter med dusch, den ena i det mindre sovrummet. Stor TV, dock bara spanska kanaler. Köket enormt litet men hade diskmaskin och kyl/frys. Tvättmaskin fanns i skåpet på den större balkongen. Vi bodde 9 nätter och fick städning 1 gång. Överlag en modernt inredd lägenhet med bra läge. Hiss ner till stranden och en fin pool vid huset. Kan rekomnenderas!

We stayed for 11 days at these apartments from 22 June 2025 - 3 July 2025. The staff in the hotel were lovely, helpful and friendly. The area where the tables and chairs are outside the bar was dirty. The barman was very efficient and friendly. We stayed in a room on the 6th floor - where do l start! The first time l put the air con on l was lying on top of the bed and l was showered with water which gave me a terrible shock. We phoned the office and a lovely lady came very soon afterwards and brought a portable air con machine. It was confined to one small area of the apartment so we were absolutely melting as the temperature averaged around 37 degrees. The leg on one of the beds was bent and ready to collapse which made for a very disturbed sleep for fear of the bed collapsing - it was never fixed although we were promised it would be. There were four blinds on the big windows and two of them were stuck so through the night the whole room was lit up due to the bright lights from outside - hence another reason for being unable to sleep. There was a portable standing fan which didn't work. The double plug socket next to the bed where the water showered down onto me was literally hanging off the wall - a disaster waiting to happen!!! The room wasn't very clean and was in desperate need of decorating and painting. The wiring throughout the apartment was dangerous. Photos attached. Overall, our stay in this apartment was horrendous!!

Amazing large apartment in the sixth floor of the Roca apartments Unbelievable views of the sea. Huge lounge lots of comfortable furniture. Very well equipped kitchen. Two lovely brigh bedrooms. I've a double ensuite and the second with two single beds and a pull out bed. Very very clean and so quiet. Minutes walk from the centre of Torremolinos.

Excellent sea view,room provided this time was excellent.Has lived at this property for quite sometime now. It has been my go to place everytime I am in Malaga.Highly recommended.

terrible apartment no wifi,no tv no a/c in bedroom,open fuseboard above kitchen sink!!!!,cracked & dangerous tiles on balcony,electrical wires hanging in the lounge,no clean towels or toilet rolls,i am expecting a full refund i have spoken to Ronald today on chat who is progressing my complaint
