滞在期間快適に過ごすことができました。 清掃やランドリーの希望などが部屋中からパネル式で選択でき、部屋の外にも表示が出ていてそれを確認してスタッフが清掃に来てくれるようでした。 スタッフも親切で、滞在中不便に感じたことも特にありませんでした。

インターネットが繋がらない。㉔時間毎にIDとパスワードの書いた紙をもらえるが、途中で"deactivated by administrator"が表示されるようになったのでフロントに支援を頼んだがいつまでたっても部屋に来ず、たまりかねてフロントに行った。その後一時的に繋がったが翌日は再び同じ状態。ビジネス利用を考えている人はここを使ってはいけない。清潔さはインドの普通程度。タオルは雑巾なみ。レストランはなく、食事はすべてルームサービスを頼む。酒類はほぼない。ウイスキーを頼んだら法外な値段。隣のAshokaのレストランを利用するのが得策。

Everything was good

I had an excellent stay at this property. Initially I was a bit worried about how the experience would be, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were very neat, clean, and well maintained with modern facilities that made the stay very comfortable. Everything was well organized and the environment felt safe and welcoming. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was not upto the mark, need more improvement.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and food service is excellent. Facility id outdated and needs renovation.

Not sure how can this property be called 5 star hotel. And we are stuck for 3 more nights as cannot cancel due to third party booking

1. The room allotted to me was an old room which had a shared door with next room but i was also able to open it... This is serious security issue.... 2. The furniture and the room itself was old and smelly 3. too manu small flies in the room which was disgusting 4. in room service food was pathetic. 5. No restaurant attached

- it’s a dated property in a very poor condition - swimming pool with no water and dirty - gym equipments don’t work - breakfast quality is passable - bath products looked like sourced from cheap place and harmful - no Iron in all rooms , so I was asked to use what was available on the floor lobby Only good point - location and staff

Spacious, clean and traditional. Restaurant is not available; Managment should think about this.
