When we checked in, we were given twin beds instead of a queen or King (which we requested specifically for our honeymoon). The desk officer, Tina, said that we would get another room the next day, and offered to push the beds together. Then the bathroom was clogged. We called maintenance and they fixed the problem. Temporarily. The next day we had a seminar to attend but were assured we would be transferred to another room. When we got home, late, we were told that we couldn't be transferred because they had overbooked. So we had to use the same room, and the bathroom got clogged yet again. Plus, they had not even cleaned!!! That brought me to tears. We settled in, and someone knocked on our door. A supervisor to Tina called Roselle. She wanted to transfer us to another room but it was too late, so we opted to do it the next day. Thankfully, this Roselle and her staff (Beth, the desk officer at the time) went above and beyond. They seem to have upgraded our room, and gave us really good service after that. Unfortunately, they could not return the two nights me and my husband spent in discomfort.

Nhà mình chỉ ở nửa ngày để hôm sau bay sớm. Khách sạn có chuẩn bị đồ ăn sáng rata ngon, tuy nhiên lễ tân có báo sẽ có xe miễn phí đưa khách ra sân bay. Hẹn mình 5h sáng vậy mà khua lũ trẻ dậy xong chuẩn bị hết, ra cửa đợi đến 5h10 sợ muộn chuyến bay (6h20 mình bay) nên may mắn làm sao vẫy được 2 xe tuk tuk. Mình để khách sạn 3 sao thôi nhé, nay mình mà bị lỡ chuyến bay thì không biết thế nào vì mình còn bay 1 chuyến dài từ MNL về HAN vào buổi tối nữa.

まるで我が家のようにくつろげる場所です。とてもアットホームな雰囲気で、自然に囲まれています。宗教的なスポット、チャペル、古いアカシアの木々、そして至る所に素敵なものが揃っているのが気に入っています。スタッフの皆さんは皆とても親切で、親身になって対応してくれました。滞在時間は限られていましたが、最高のカスタマーケアとサービスを受けることができました。エルニドへの出発が早朝だったため朝食に間に合わなかったのですが、早朝3時半という早い時間からベーコンを用意して梱包してくれました。また、翌日のフライトが早朝だったためチェックアウトが早かったのですが、前夜にコーヒー、スナック、無料の紅茶、電気ケトルを用意してくださっていました。もっと長く滞在したかった！滞在を満喫しました😊

Room is big and clean. They clean it everyday carefully. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with many tasty dishes. I did feel like home when I stayed there.

Though the amenities were not that great, the staff and the food was really great. One of the best place to stay for family travels

No water supply in the resort they will provide basin and pail of water for every room. Wifi is really weak inside my room. Windows can be open easily and no security due to that(I tried to locked many times, it seems somebody is opening it). I hope they will improve on that areas. The good things about Ponce De Leon they have a delicious breakfast, views of the resort is cool, I love the pianist in someway the music gave me peace while listening to him. I really wanted to give a neutral rating but I only have two choices. For now, will give a sad face rating.

My parents enjoyed their stay here. Staffs were accommodating and the place itself is very relaxing and near from the airport.

We had a short stay due to an early flight and because of that we would have missed the complimentary breakfast. But the receptionist arranged a meal with sandwich and fruits so we can have something to eat before we leave the resort. She also arranged the shuttle to serve us early instead of the normal start time. We loved the service and the room is spacious. The garden is also a nice place if you want instagram worthy photos.

場所もリゾートのスタッフも素晴らしく、とても歓迎的で親切でした。このリゾートでは無料の空港送迎サービスがあり、フライト前には電話やテキストメッセージでフライトスケジュールを確認してくれます。絶対にお勧めです。ありがとうございました☺️❤️

The family really liked the food, the ambience, the spacious room, friendly staff. The overall stay was really, really good. 10/10 would recommend.

Bed not good, I don't like the area, picture very nice, but actual area not good for me...

I love the place and I love their food too. What disappointed me though was the internet connection. I cannot work at all inside the room. I had to go near the reception area to work. the music inside the restaurant was a bit loud so it's an effort to get the staff's attention. overall, it was really good.

Nice resort in Puerto Princesa.

Drainage not so good in the bathroom. Difficult to operate the TV. Music was loud in the restaurant so had to approach the people in the counter to get their attention but the food was great. Would be nice if they put label on the buffet breakfast. Overall, I love the place.
