チェックインが裏にあるスタンダールホテルになります。徒歩数メートルの距離ですが、夜間であり焦りました。 それ以外は立地も含めて最高でした。

ご飯は美味しく、スタッフの方もみなさん優しかったです。 お部屋も綺麗でした。 とにかく立地が最高でした。

スイーツで3階の綺麗な角部屋で窓からは噴水のある広場が見えました。窓を開けると賑やかですが、窓を閉めればある程度静かになります。朝食は決まった物のようですがスタッフが丁寧で料理も良かったです。コロッセオまではテルミニ駅で乗り換えが必要ですが、バチカン方面やサン・ジョバンニ・イン・ラテラノ大聖堂(そこからカラカラ浴場へも歩ける)近くまで1本なので移動が楽でした。

何処に行くにも立地が非常に良く、清潔でコストバランス取れた良いホテルだと思います。

部屋は広くてよかったのですがバスタブがないのと歯ブラシもなく シャワールームとトイレが外から丸見えでした

部屋は綺麗で朝食もタダなのにオーダーしてちゃんと持って来てくれるサービスがいい。

エントランスのインテリアが中世のクラシックな雰囲気がありとても良い。 ジュニアスイーツに宿泊で朝食が支給サービスだったが、メニューを色々聞いてくれ快適だった。 室内も清潔。 金額もリーズナブル。

All the staffs in the hotel have great hospitality to take care of the guests nice and polite way. It made us so comfortable while we were staying. When I ask if it was possible to prepare the lunch boxes for the early morning train trip for us, the staff kindly accepted it and prepared them at 6:20am. It was really helpful for me to stay there because I was with my parents over 75 years old but they were totally felt safe in the hotel all the time! The breakfast made us happy every morning. Moreover, the location is also wonderful to access every tourist attractions, especially Fontana of the Trevi and Spanish Steps. Thank you so much for taking care of us in a good way, we really hope to stay at Standhal again!!

My stay started on a bad note when the front desk staff treated me rudely and as though I was his subordinate, who he needed to teach how to behave. I had just completed about a 14 hour commute and wasn't feeling well. The male staff spoke slowly with long pauses so I thought he was finished and I asked politely about the keys, and he stated something like I should first let him finish before asking about the keys in a nasty way. My husband corrected him and instead of apologizing, he went on to blame me for his behavior towards me for what he perceived was me interrupting him. It's shocking that he really believed it was okay to speak to a guest that way. The management sent me a bottle of wine, with fruit and an apology note.I don't drink so they took back the first unopened complementary wine and replaced it with another that stood unopened, instead of providing something I could use like an upgraded room. Room 112 is dark, musty smelling and faces a space that looks like it's between the two buildings. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good and the view from the outside the breakfast area was nice. There was two ladies who did the food service who were nice, but the rest were not especially friendly. The bell boy was nice. The location is convenient to many of the popular sights, trains, buses and has many eateries close by. I did not experience the 5 star treatment other Expedia guest reported, and definitely not a VIP experience.

The location was great! The staff was very helpful and so nice! The breakfast had a good selection and a nice sitting area. The room was clean with good AC, and a nice bathroom.

We stayed in the luxury suites portion, which is around the corner from the hotel entrance. It was perfect for a family of four because we had two rooms connected by a vestibule that was off the hallway. So there was a large bed with bathroom in one room and two beds with the bathroom in the other room. The location was amazing. So many good places to eat nearby. It was easy walking to the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. We did use Uber taxis to get to the Vatican. Breakfast upstairs was delightful each day.

It was amazing. The room was well decorated and a great size for my family of 4. The staff was very nice, and the location was perfection. There were so many shops and restaurants nearby, and easy access to all the ideal attractions. They offered breakfast every morning, and it was the best way to start the day. My husband said the hotel coffee was better than any of the other shops he tried during our stay. Definitely recommend.
