　スタッフの対応・愛想もよく、チェックインはスムーズにできた。一つの建物を２部屋に仕切ってあるコテージで、外観も室内もきれいだった。R6に面しているとはいっても、葡萄畑と広い芝生に隔てられているので、車の騒音は気になるレベルではなく、快適に過ごせた。クイーンズタウンの街中からは車で３０分くらいの所なので、レンタカーがないと買い出しも観光もできないが、逆に、レンタカーを借りていれば、ニュージーランドの田舎のワイナリーで都会の喧噪を忘れて、静かな、贅沢な時が過ごせる、とも言える。 　スターウォッチングと観光の旅だったので、部屋から一歩外に出て見上げると、真っ暗な夜空に南半球の星空が広がり、銀河が雲のように見える環境はありがたかった。周囲に大きな町はなく、国道に街灯もないので、光害はほぼゼロ。 　簡易キッチンがあるので食材さえあれば、レストラン等を利用することもなく滞在可能。バスタブはないが、シャワールームは清潔で、タオル掛けが電熱線で暖かくなっていて、気持ちよくバスタオルを使えるのはありがたかった。 　スタッフの対応もよく、（夜更かしをした結果、起きるのが遅くてグズグズしていると）部屋の清掃の時間も、嫌な顔一つせず、融通をつけてくれた。

We appreciated the location, the accomodation, the service and the wine. All was exceptional and added value to our memorable trip to the South Island.

Beautifully located in the Gibbston Valley, just the right distance from Queenstown to feel away from the commercialism, easy drive to Arrowtown for great restaurants, and close to so many of the amazing vineyard experiences. Even if choosing not to explore and want to stay in to enjoy the comforts of your room, the Kinross experience delivers abundantly... great food onsite at their bistro, the immediately surrounding sights are worthy of slowing down to take in and each room has the perfect park bench situated outside to enjoy a hot morning drink, or wine to watch the evening dip into darkness. The rooms are well appointed, everything needed if you want to cook for yourself, or simply heat something up. They're spacious and comfortable, and the beds are divinely firm & pillowy at the same time. Not cluttered but plenty of places to store and hang. Yes, the drawer layout was back-to-front (stove utensils where the general cutlery should live), but we needed to find something that was wrong! Also, knowing the high probability of guests using the hot tub, some towels specifically for this would have been preferred - suggest packing slip-on footwear for the walk up. For certain the wine tasting experience must not be missed, Diego wends a delicious tale about the wines presented and the local growers that disappoints only because there should be a movie telling the tale! Middle of winter presents no issues, the room was comfortably warm and clearly well insulated.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kinross. This is a beautiful location and well presented cottage. Thank you for making such a memorial experience for us.

This property is a hidden gem in the wine country north of Queenstown. Beautiful setting, spacious cottage, cooking facilities in room, and some of the best wine in the area My only regret is we only had one night to spend there and it will be very hard to book again for a weekend visit from Texas. Five stars across the biard

Lovely quiet location great breakfast

We were arriving after check in hours and the key wasn't in the key safe box as they had messaged it would be. Fortunately there was a private catering event happening and the asst manager tracked down the key. We were in Ruins and the lodge is at the end of the property. V quiet with rabbits having a lovely timealla round. The room was large with a lot of wasted space and would have benefitted from this being filled with a bigger table than the tiny one currently in there. We didn't partake in eating there or any of the wine activities. It was probably not worth the price they charge.

Wonderful wine tasting stay! Wines were amazing, food was superb, especially pizza. Our cottage was fully staffed with everything one might need, including more wine after hours. Highly recommend

Great vineyard location. We had big room right next to the vines! As part of the stay there is a complementary wine tasting and a shared hot tub! E-bike hire is available to explore the multiple vineyards in Gibbston. Restaurant on site is good - but closes quite early - however grazing boxes are available or there is an oven/ hob in the rooms

Beautiful setting.

Loved our stay at Kinross cottage. Room was beautiful as was the view. Bathroom spacious with great water pressure. Ducks rabbits and birds added natural beauty to this location. View was gorgeous! Pear and blue cheese pizza and wine tasting were excellent!

Im not sure how i found these cottages but im so pleased i did. I couldn't fault the service or the friendly staff. The cottages were well equipped and spacious. We enjoyed the wine tasting. Everything was certainly a 10/10.

Kinross is a very nice property. We were surprised with a complimentary wine tasting which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!
