場所は分かりにくいですが、プロムナードから近くとても便利なロケーションです。オーナーは親切で事前に道案内をメッセージしてくれますし、チェックインの時に近隣の説明をしてくれます。フロントデスクはありませんが、エントランスは扉が２重になっていてセキュリティも心配ありません。 ベッドサイドに電源が無いのが不便でした。バスルームに換気扇が無かったので付けてほしいです。

オーナーさんが親切で、オススメのレストラン等教えてもらいました。ロケーションが良く、観光の途中に荷物を置きに帰ったりできました。

市街地の古い建物を利用したプライベートルーム感覚のホテルでした。フロントデスクが無いので、ここだけは注意。我々は早朝空港からホテルまで車で迎えに来ていただき（４４ユーロ　現金のみ）、一旦荷物を預けて、部屋が空く時間まで周辺を観光、決めた時間にホテルに戻りチェックイン。と言ってもエクスペディアで支払済なのでパスポートをスマホで撮影するだけ。部屋やホテル周辺の買い物スポット等親切に案内してくれました。スマホが不調な我々のリクエストに応えて、わざわざ目覚まし時計を友人から借りてきてくれたり、とにかく親切なオーナーのダヴォルさん。まったく事務的な感じがせず根っから好人物のようです。英語も聞き取りやすくて助かりました。部屋はバルコニー付きの部屋を指定した広々快適。周辺も閑静でした。チェックアウトはあらかじめ時間を決めておきます。次回スプリトに泊まるなら、またここにすると思います。

The owner was kind and the explanation was polite. It was very convenient for shopping and sightseeing, and I was able to use time efficiently.

オーナーさんがとても優しく、クロアチアの方が大好きになりました。 チェックインやチェックアウトの時間もとても融通を利かせてくださり、また、スプリット→プリトヴェッツェ→スプリットというスケジュールだった私たちのスーツケースを１泊預かってくださいました。無理は承知でお願いしたところ、笑顔でフリーで受けてくださいました。部屋もとても可愛く、特に、ベランダが素敵でクロアチアに住んでいるような気分になりました。

Hosts very accommodating

Hosts were lovely. Picked us up from airport. Friendly and English was really good.

Great location right in amongst the hustle and bustle of the city. Clean and spacious room with decent shower facility. Host was fantastic informed us of the city and gave great recommendations where to eat and where to visit. Would stay again when we are back in Split! Thank you!

Prior Suites has great hosts and is in an unbeatable location. Right in the centre of everything and within 10 minutes walk to the bus/ferry stations. The building itself is a bit tired but once you are on the first floor (where the hotel is located) it’s very nice. We had a room with a balcony which we loved!

2 nights stay as a part of Croatia travel, great location, great host

Hôtel bien situé, au coeur de Split. Chambre et douche petites, ameublement vieillot incluant ceux du balcon.

Le propriétaire est très sympathique et l’hôtel est bien situé! Cependant, les chambres ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos. Il n’y a pas de pose valise, pas de sèche linge, salle de bain très petite, l’eau chaude pour la douche est très limitée, le WIFI est de très piètre qualité et il y avait des odeurs d’égouts à l’occasion dans notre salle de bain.

Great stay. Our ensuite room is in the heart of the old city. The bathroom is small but the shower is fantastic. Instant hot water There is a small fridge plus tv , aircon, wifi plus a welcome tray with kettle,tea/ coffee. Would recommend

Lovely helpful host, walkable to everything. Was unhappy no safe provided as was detailed on the website and also said toiletries provided but had to go out and buy some after two days. The shower cubicle was ridiculously small.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host met us at the property and escorted us to our room. He provided a map of the old city and explained where some of the attractions are. The property is in the old city and all attractions are easily accessible. The host also arranged for transportation to the airport at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommended this property.

I stayed in Split for four nights. This is a fantastic apartment in the heart of Diocletian's palace. Despite being so close to the main squares, it was very quiet and easy to get good sleep on a comfortable bed. The unit was very basic, but very well maintained. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Lovely hotel room in the middle of everything. Host gave awesome restaurant recommendations, too! We loved our stay!
