Was well taken care and had a Great time with Family!

Alt var 100 % i orden, de andre gæster var alle aldre og også venlige. Eneste vi manglede var lidt bedre alternativ til frokost i poolbaren - lidt større udvalg, evt smoothies, sandwiches, salater el. lign

Fast alles top: Service, Essen , Unterhaltungsangebote, die Poollandschaft, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter! Kleines Manko: Gegen 19h war regelmäßig das WLAN überlastet und der Zugang blockiert (was aber zumindest angezeigt wurde)

Hotel sehr veraltet. Definitiv keine 4 Sterne

L’hôtel très propre avec des prestations de qualité. Les équipements sont récents et le personnel très gentils je recommande. Seul bémol j’ai n’a pas impacté nos vacances la cuisine est familiale, pas très raffinée.

Alles in allem war sehr schön, der Mietwagen vor Ort war etwas überteuert für das Auto aber der Rest was das Hotel betrifft war super.

Très bon hôtel, Propre, restaurant très bien ainsi que la piscine. Seul bémol pas de rue commerçante il faut aller dans une autre ville pour se balader.

Big family hotel close to Palma and the airport. Fun for a short stay but wouldn’t stay for more than a few days.

Room had not been properly cleaned - found an old used razor in bathroom and surfaces were dirty. I told reception and hey just said they would inform housekeeping but offered no remedy or compensation. I cleaned the room surfaces myself in the end. The room was above the restaurant area and the room stank of food in the evening. Did not feel like a 4 star hotel. Over 180 euros for 1 night was not worth it.

Schönes Hotel rd. 15 km Südöstlich von Palma. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Großer Pool und Rutschenbereich. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu entdecken. Aufgrund der Lage ist ein Mietwagen dringend zu empfehlen.

Hotel por la zona común muy bien, pero las habitaciones bastante dejadas. Comida un poco repetitiva. Todo el personal de 10. Lo que menos me gusto que las animaciones fueran siempre en inglés, mis hijas no se animaban nunca porque no les entendía…

We stayed for 5 nights on a family trip and found the room to very spotlessly clean, comfortable and damage-free. The pool area is spacious and clean, towels are a €10 deposit. There is a separate kids area and the main pool doesn’t have a shallow end. We paid for half board and where breakfast was excellent, dinner time was adequate and lots of Mediterranean cuisine. We had assumed that drinks would be included for our half board meals but there was an extra charge, so be careful not to be caught out. We hired a car as there is nothing to do in the immediate area but Arenal is a short drive and Palma is easily accessible too.
