dirty & not clean. Bedsheets never change & smelly.

toilet dirty, noisy, ac not function well

The room is very small, toilet without toothbrush. request additional pillow, but refuse to give with excuses. The front desk staff is worst, less talk, unfriendly hate to see her face. Ask question, answer given by seeing her hand phone or computer screen. Won't come back again.

I'm booking 10days on that hotel but stay there around 7days(business travel). I want managed my book due to personal problems. The hotel couldn't refund my booking and I'm loosing about rm210.

Not have electric kettle. Need to get out the room to grab hot or cold water. No window at room.

The only comment is if there is drinking water provided will be great.

The room was very basic and there is not even toilet paper provided and welcome drinks like mineral water. There is also no lift!!

Comfortable and really peaceful here. Worth it with the price. Breakfast is compulsory for all room, they serve bread and few spread choices and coffee.

Counter staff impolite, room air smelly, have cup and coffee bag, but don't have spoon.

Room shown in the photos is different with real. There was no fan and smoking smell heavily.
