とにかく立地が最高。清潔でスタッフの対応も良いので気持ちよく滞在できました！

到着した際に駐車場がわからず訊きに行った時から始まり、スタッフの方の対応がとてもよかったです。 街のセンターからは少し離れていますが、バス停がすぐなので車の停める場所等を探すことを考えるとここから乗っていけばわかりやすく、スタッフの方が乗り方や時刻等も丁寧に教えてくれました。 朝食は基本的なバイキングで、夕食も戴きましたが料理もお勧め戴いたワインも美味しかったです。 とにかくフロントからレストランまでスタッフの方がすぐに気にかけて対応してくださり、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました。

Nous avions un peu peur des travaux mais nous n'avons pas été gêné par contre il fait utiliser Google maps car Waze ne prend pas en compte les travaux. La promenade le long de la mer est agréable (pleins d'activités pour les familles) et il y a quelques brasseries très bien proches de l'hôtel. 2 petits bémols à notre séjour, dommage que la piscine soit peu chauffée et attention à la literie qui est très très très ferme... Attention pour le parking souterrain il n'est pas gratuit mais à 20€/nuit sauf si il y a de la place pour stationner devant l'hôtel. Sinon l'hôtel est très propre,assez calme et le petit déjeuner est plutôt bien

We arrived late on evening, Frane at reception desk was very helpful and efficient: I made a mistake at reservation (twin beds instead of 1 arge bed) but he found immediatly a solution to fix this. Dinner, breakfast and lunch were of excellent quality.

Great hotel with excellent service! The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location is also a big plus – just a short walk to the beach and close to several nice restaurants. Perfect spot for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is brand new, the facilities and amenities are first rate. We loved the hotel. Breakfast was very good. The hotel’s personnel is just the best.

This property is absolutely beautiful and spotless! It’s a charming boutique hotel, and our suite was so clean and comfortable that it felt like we were the very first guests to ever stay in it. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. The beach right across from the hotel is pristine, and with all the new amenities and restaurants opening soon, this area will quickly become one of the best places for a family vacation. We took an Uber to Split’s downtown (Riva) every evening for nightlife and shopping — just an 8-minute ride that never cost more than €15. Overall, this is the cleanest and most family-friendly area to stay in, with unbeatable beach access. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was very clean and the produce on the breakfast buffet was great quality however some things were just not up to standard. The beach area while still being finished is already looking good though. -Patchy WiFi -Weak Aircon -Bathroom fixtures not properly attached to the walls -Fire alarm went off and staff were unsure what to do, no explanation, evacuation process or apology -Noise from the landing really carried into our room late at night, i dont think other guests were excessively loud but it was enough to wake us up

Hotel Fanat is a beautiful hotel, clean, and modern with beautiful interior design. The room was very spacious, with everything you would need as well as nice additions such as robe, slippers, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer and extra pillows, to name a few. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, small but with a very nice selection, and something for everyone to enjoy. (My only suggestion would be to have a toast machine) The surrounding area is beautiful, the hotel is across the road from a pebble beach (Which is very normal for Croatia) and has been under going a construction project. The majority of the work has been completed, however they are in the process of building shops/beach cafes etc. the saving grace was a local supermarket which a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Getting into town was very convenient via uber costing no more than €5, and is about a 10minute car journey from the hotel. Location wise was perfect if you want some beach days as well as evenings out in town. Can’t recommend hotel Fanat enough and hope to be back in the near future, definitely within the next year the beach front would be full developed, with something for everyone to do. Kids playgrounds, cafes, etc. can’t wait!

The junior suite was fantastic for family of 3. Staff were available, respectful and very pleasant at all times. Only down side at present is construction of the beach front which limits facilities in the immediate area and everything else that comes with the work. However, long walks or very cheap Uber trips meant you could easily get around and the Hotel itself was very well soundproofed that it had limited impact on out trip. Once the beachfront is finished, looks in the latter stages, it will compliment the hotel in a lot of ways. Still glad we stayed despite the works as the suite and staff were excellent.

O hotel se localiza longe da cidade histórica mas pela praia andando uns 5!kms se chega lá. É numa parte nova com muita obra e construção mas nada disso impediu o acesso. Acho que daqui a uns anos vai ser uma parte muito legal da cidade e totalmente à beira mar

Excellent staff, delicious breakfast, convenient and quiet. Our kids loved the indoor pool. Would highly recommend.

Booked this hotel for a beach holiday. What it doesn't tell you on this site or the hotel website is there is a massive building project by the city being built all the way along the beach front in both directions it goes all along the coast. It is right across the road from the hotel & also next door. Sea view room was of the building site which has a permit to start work from 7am every day. You cannot sit on the balcony as everything gets covered in dust & is noisy. There is a tiny beach area 5 minutes up the road where you have to cross the entrance to the building site to get to & you can hear the machinery there. The other beach you can walk to is about 15 minutes walk. The beaches are man made full of chippings so you will see hardly any fish, take some swimming shoes. Suggest you buy a parasol about 15e from town as its 25e to hire 1. The hotel staff were really helpful and excellent service. We were there 8 days but not 1 of those days were the sauna switched on. Restaurant is closed Tuesday & Wednesdays but you can order food on one of the apps. We came downstairs on the Monday to get breakfast but couldn't have toast as there was no bread, not delivered yet! Strange a 4 star hotel don't bake their own bread but didn't even have a back up in the freezer. It later turned up. Breakfast is the same every day, overcooked scrambled eggs or fried or a small cold buffet, but not covered so full of flies so we didn't touch it. Hire a bike.

It was a good and comfortable stay at the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. The man at the reception on 01st September afternoon was really helpful and friendly, provide us very useful information. The hotel was clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious, beds are clean and comfortable. Toilets are clean and bright.

Very comfortable hotel with lovely, clean spacious room. Stay was let down by the breakfast - everything looked a bit tired and not appetising. Couldn’t eat the croissant as old and stale. Eggs were stone cold. As other people have mentioned there is a building site at the front of the hotel currently, meaning the seafront is inaccessible although apparently it’s possible to get to a beach if you walk for 5 minutes.
