Lovely restaurant staff and pretty pool area, but the steam room was out of service during our visit. I booked this as a birthday surprise for my partner and was really disappointed overall. When I made the booking, the description said the booking was to include 40 euros spa credit per person, which I took to mean to pay for the massages they had on offer, not just access to the already complimentary spa area. The hotel kindly provided a complimentary breakfast and appetiser as a result of the miscommunication, but it followed quite an unpleasant exchange with left both me and my partner feeling really let down. We have since stayed in other places in Bol and found them to be much nicer, better facilities, and much better value for money. We didn't eat dinner here, so can't comment on the food. Also the shower on our last morning was cold and our "deluxe" terrace area had broken furniture.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms have been recently refurbished so are fantastic, and the restaurant is well known on the island as a great place to eat. Only 12 rooms means it’s quiet by the pool and you can always get a lounger, and the breakfast is quality and HUGE - we didn’t need it every day. Thank you!
