チェックインの際、朝食やWi-Fi、設備などについて、何も伝えられなかった。枕が一部臭くって利用できなかった。風呂の排水も悪かった。極めつけは、一階でパーティーをやっていて、夜中の1時過ぎまでうるさかった。ホテル側は、パーティーの開催については事前にメールしているというが、そんなメールは、直接もエクスペディアを介しても来ていない。こんなホテルには2度と泊まらない。

Stirlingへの出張時に1泊。街の真ん中にある便利なホテル。清潔で高級感があり、快適に過ごすことが出来た。

Handy location to castle. Some decor dated. Staff were helpful & friendly.

A disappointing stay overall although the hotel is in a good location, the reception and bar area is very nice, bed very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We come to Stirling often and usually stay elsewhere. As this was our wedding anniversary I wanted to book something a little more special.

The building looks very old and historic on the outside. Inside is beautiful, clean, and modern. The tub was deep and big, making for a relaxing soak at the end of the day. Lots of restaurants close by, local distillery, pubs and castle all within walking distance. There was a hot breakfast you could order plus a continental selection of pastries, yogurt, fruit. Only suggestion would be to have fresh fruit mix. The melon needed tossed and the rest looked canned.

Fantastic, convenient location. Easy access to popular sites and shopping. Parking limited and annoying that it’s not included with room charge.

Bar area was nice did not use the restaurant. Room mostly clean bed comfortable, but furniture in need of replacement old and the finish all flaking off. Bathroom floor tiles cracked shower screen fixtures rusted and fragile. Extractor Fan covered in dust. Staff very nice and helpful. Very central to the centre lots of restaurants etc close by. Would not return as we felt overall expensive for this quality of room.

My daughter and I only stayed one night at Hotel Colessio, but it was a great stay. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was amazing—modern, stylish, and one of the nicest we've had in a hotel. We would have loved to stay longer and wouldn't hesitate to book here again the next time we're in Stirling.

Nicely appointed room in pleasant hotel in good location. Some furniture a bit worn, some corners being cut. Main problem was lack of staff - they looked like they were being run off their feet.

Location is great. Room is spacious and clean. Although the carpet was a bit worn. The staff could pay a bit more attention during breakfast

Great hotel

1. The staff were all friendly and courteous. 2. Breakfast was fine and tasty. 3. We had a rather small room. 4. The TV was very old and was not a smart model so we were unable to view any of our paid-for subscription services, such as Netflix, Prime and so on. 5. The remote control on the TV did not work. A member of staff attempted to fix it but was unable to. 6. The basin the bathroom was cracked. 7. The mechanism for the plug in the bathroom basin was broken, so it was not possible to keep water in the sink while washing. 8. One of the shower doors is broken and keeps coming off its railing at the top. 9. The plumbing on the shower needs attention as the tap to switch between the two shower heads is faulty. The result is that water comes through both heads and simultaneously leaks through the tap. 10. The wifi performance in our room was poor.

The hotel is located in between the station and Castle. All of the main tourist sights were within walking distance, apart from the National Wallace Memorial. The breakfast was plentiful, including a freshly cooked Scottish breakfast. The staff were very professional and helpful . The bedroom and bathroom were large and comfortably furnished. The hotel is close to many restaurants and cafes.

Excellent location and the staff were wonderful.

Location, cleanliness and staff were excellent. Interior of the room needed a lot of tlc. The mini fridge is super mini - it can only fit 1 can inside. The shower temperature also didn't turn down so we had a scorching shower.
