Very good hotel with excellent services.

Hotel very close to Haram, just cross the street. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, they allow you to do early check in. Room and bathroom are neat and clean, breakfast is the best and restaurant staff very helpfull and polite. Nice experience and will be back!

One of best place (near and good rate) when we are religions travelers to Masjid Al-Haram. We can hear the adzan from hotel, just need to walk ard 5-10 mins to Masjid Al-Haram, so still able sholat jamaah in the Masjid Al-Haram.

Hotelnya sangat dekat dengan masjidil haram. Lokasinya persis di belakang hotel Dar At Tauhid. Pas adzan baru berangkat juga masih keburu sholat berjamaah di masjidil haram. Hotelnya cozy, tidak ramai. Di gedung yg sama, lantai 4 ada foodcourt yg nyaman, banyak tempat duduk, WC dan wastafel yg ok dan ada outlet Al Baik juga. Ada supermarket Bin Dawood yang juga tidak ramai, luas dan lengkap. Kamarnya luas dengan fasilitas standar bintang 5. Termurah diantara hotel2 sebelahnya yg dekat Masjidil Haram. Staffnya ramah dan helpfull. Mereka mengizinkan untuk early check-in (habis Dzuhur sudah boleh check-in) dan juga mengizinkan late check-out (Ashar).

Kamar luas, sarapan juga banyak variasi. Suasana sangat nyaman. Hanya perlu catatan, untuk kamar standard hanya ada twin bed, sedangkan king size harus menambah biaya.

Kamar bagus dan mewah, lokasi cukup dekat dengan masjidil haram, serta dekat dengan jabal omar mall sehingga mudah apabila cari makanan, selain itu resepsionisnya ramah dan sangat membantu.

Resepsionisnya yang orang bule sangat full service, sehingga membantu saya yang perlu bantuan. Sangat berkesan di hotel ini bersih, ramah dan sopan.

love to stay here. we came at 10am just to confirm our stay (we know that check ins start at 5pm) but they gave us key and let us checked in anyway. excellent! it's posh, clean, spacious, close to Haram less crowded than other hotels such as Sofwah Royal, nice food court, bin Dawood SPM is on the same building. but for Maghrib prayer*, you have to go earlier because police will block the way in front of the hotel to King Fahd Gate (between Intercontinental Hotel and 6 WC). you can still go inside Haram, just walk a bit further through King Abdullah Gate. *we stayed here during the Hajj season

Very nice hotel with so much variety on the breakfast buffet, short walk to al haram and they let us stay until 16:30 pm on check out day, that was awesome.
