客室は地下にあり、写真で見るより古めかしいタイプの部屋でした。 早めにチェックインでき、チェックアウト後も快く沢山の荷物を預かってもらえてとても助かりました。Westfieldショッピングセンターが近いのでとても便利でした。

駅からとても近く、わかりやすかったです。周りの環境としては、治安的なもので心配な雰囲気はありましたが、自分が受けた印象だけであるので、実際はわかりません。エレベーターはなく、階段も狭かったですが、チェックインの時には受付のスタッフの方がすぐに部屋の前まで運んでくださいました。 部屋はコンパクトでしたが、ホテルの部屋を楽しむ旅ではなかったので、十分でした。

周りにショッピングモールやスーパー・パブもあり、治安もよく、交通の便もよかったです。 歩いて5分の隣の駅シェパードブッシュからたくさんバスが出ていて、ピカデリーサーカスやバッキンガムやウエストミンスターまでバス1本で行けました。 スタッフは若くてフレンドリーでした。朝食は7じ～11時で毎日たくさんしっかり食べました。 部屋はすごく居心地がよかったです。

Friendly staff, very accessible

If you want a small convenient hotel in the heart of London this really fits a bill. It's not much to look at and doesn't immediately set back from the road. It's immaculately clean and the staff were friendly. It's right next to the market and tube station. You wouldn't visit the hotel itself - but as a base to start from, it's great.

Booked this hotel as emergency accommodation for my elderly father while my mother underwent emergency surgery at nearby Hammersmith Hospital. The booking was made in extreme haste and under considerable stress. I fully appreciate that the booking was marked as non-refundable, and I acknowledged this when speaking to the hotel. However, given the circumstances, I asked whether they could offer a reasonable partial refund, for example, refunding 2 of the 4 nights booked, particularly as the room ended up being used for only one night. Instead, I was offered a maximum refund of £80 from a £590 booking and given a condescending lecture about “terms and conditions,” with the implication that I should somehow be grateful for the gesture. The lack of compassion and basic humanity shown was honestly more upsetting than the financial loss itself. To make matters worse, the room allocated to my elderly father had no window and felt incredibly depressing during an already difficult time. I have no doubt the unused nights were likely resold, meaning the hotel profited twice while showing absolutely no flexibility or empathy toward a family dealing with a medical emergency. I would strongly discourage anyone from staying here, not only because of the poor quality of the room, but because of the cold, dismissive, and deeply disappointing way we were treated.

Nice little hotel in a great location, right next to the tube station and shopping centre. The room was clean,hairdryer and toiletries provided. Air conditioner in the room.The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

for a family room, we stayed in a room with our a window. Although clean and spacious, not having a window was not ideal. The location is not great, as youngsters smoking weed were hanging in front of the hotel. I won't book there again.

Clean room, good air con (wish it stayed on longer). Rug/carpets were a bit stained but otherwise clean. Comfy beds!

Room is small with 2 covered over windows so no daylight. Nothing like the rooms in the picture. Thankfully we were only here for sleeping & not a relaxing time.

Friendly staff. Literally right next to the Shepherds Bush Market ( both the market & the tube stop) It’s a little noisy with the window open but you don’t come to London for peace & quiet! Perfectly placed for our gig at the Shepherds Bush Empire. Would stay again.
