急に夜遅くから次の日早朝まで5、６時間ほどの滞在で、駅近くで評価の良かったこちらを、トイレが無いのは承知で予約しました。 夜中のチェックインの後、部屋に向かうシーンとした長い廊下の両側にまるで美術館のように宗教画、そしてまさかの大きなキリスト様までいて 腰を抜かすほど驚きました。 ドアチェーンもないのでなんだか不安で電気も消さずひと眠りしてそそくさと暗い道を駅に向かいました。 部屋自体はとても清潔で考え方によれば可愛いお部屋でした。 施設の内容も今見れば明るい時間にチェックインしていれば完璧なバリアフリー、400年も前の建物の改装をした無駄を削ぎ落としたスピ系のホテルなのかもしれません。 朝食まで居て宿泊者の方とのコミュニケーションを取れなかったのが残念です。

綺麗でかつ朝ごはんがついているのでよかった。しかしシャワーの勢いが弱すぎ使いづらかった。場所は最高にいいところだと思う。

部屋にトイレ、シャワーがなく、共有です。 また、少し壁が薄いのが残念でした。 しかし、その他とても快適に過ごすことができました。

Clean room, friendly staffs, quiet place, good music in restaurant with sense of good vibe. Very safe for solo trip and they have galley in hall with art taste. Will definitely go back this hotel. Wonderful experience in Quebec 2days while living here!

I stayed four nights and it was absolutely perfect! I greatly appreciated the quiet serenity, healthy breakfast options, and helpful, considerate staff.

excellent séjour, j’adore ce lieu

It is a beautiful new hotel part in the monastery. The room is comfortable with a good bed. The bathroom is bright, but getting into the bathtube is for elderly people not easy. The breakfast is ok with yoghurt and fresh fruit. The fried egg was nice, but the rest is quite frugal. I enjoyed the architectoral achievement with the nice parc like entrance.

Malheureusement, je suis arrivée et l'hôtel n'avait pas ma réservation, malgré le numéro de confirmation expedia, et était plein. J'ai du quitter et trouver un autre hébergement. Aucune offre de faire quelque appel pour moi afin de valider des hotels disponibles à proximité, aucune offre de compensation, ni même un verre d'eau. J'ai même dû payer mon stationnement à l'hôtel! Terrible expérience.

Love this place and all its history! Great peaceful atmosphere. Everything was great and a perfect location for walking to sites and restaurants in old Quebec.

Fantastic stay in a historic monastery still occupied by the Order of the Augustine Nuns. Helpful bilingual staff, beautiful accommodations, great meal and variety of activities available. Minor items of note - while breakfast was included, all other activities are not included in the room fee. There is also a side entrance that cuts time getting to the Upper Town, but you sort of have to find it on your own.

Bel hôtel, calme, bien situé et excellent déjeuner. J’ai bien aimé le musée, la boutique est très jolie, le personnel est accueillant. Nous avons soupé au restaurant et la variété était excellente pour tout les goûts incluant les végétaliens. Délicieux repas.

Problème de stationnement

Propreté irréprochable, personnel avenant, tranquillité remarquable, bon goût et déjeuner exceptionnel dans une ambiance reposante.
