We stayed at both Yali (5 days) and Cactus Club Paradise (9 days) and for us Paradise was much quieter and easy to get around. Yali is much more active with many things to do for children. We would return to either hotel as we found everyone to be friendly and very helpful. Excellent place to enjoy your holiday.

Wunderschöner Urlaub Im Hotel angekommen, toller Empfang und Aufklärung. Komplettes Personal alle sehr freundlich, höflich, hilfsbereit und es hat sich wie Zuhause angefühlt. Zimmer sauber, Essen gab es den ganzen Tag allerlei Auswahl. Ein großes Dankeschön an das Animations Team, die Kinder sprechen heute noch von Ege, Ibo und Pelin. Herzensliebe Menschen die sich mit den Kindern beschäftigen und bei Laune halten.

Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich! Speisen sind immer fast das gleiche nichts anders! Keine Internetverbindung im Zimmern nur Lobby. Türkische Mokka muss mann zahlen nicht im all inc. Die Coctails nur Farbstoffe und Aromen.Bessere Coctails kosten Geld 8€. Zuviel Kinder im Hotel am.Pool sehr laut. Keine Animation nur paar Minuten Spiele wie zb Bingo oder Rätsel danach nur Tanzen Gäste das wars.. Die Lage ist gut mit Abend Bazar. Aquapark Nutzung ist gut nur es ist überfüllt im Aquapark! Also ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen für 4 Sterne habe ich mehr erwartet.

Es war sehr angenehm jedoch funktioniert leider das Internet nicht, daher Punkteabzug

Otelin genel temizlik ve hijyeni süperdi. Çalışanlar çok canayakın, işlerini en özenli bir şekilde saygı çerçevesinde yapan güzel insanlardı. Animasyon vasattı. Çocuklar için hazırlanan programın dışında kalan programlar profesyonel bir elden çıkmıyordu. Yemek kalitesi, lezzeti ve çeşitliliği açısından çok tatmin ediciydi. Genellikle yabancı turistlerin ağırlıklı olduğu otelde kalabalık olmasına rağmen bir kaos ortamı asla çıkmıyordu. Sıcak su, klima gibi hayati önem taşıyan konularda da hiçbir aksaklık olmadı. Genel olarak memnun kalarak ayrıldığımız ve özellikle çocuklu ailelerin daha fazla tercih edebileceği bir oteldi.

Alles super, eine riesengroße Auswahl an Essen und Abends gibt es direkt neben dem Hotel ein Bazer.

Personel was quite happy and was always ready to help everyone. I was happy with general attitude of the people working there. But there was a lot of false advertisement on the website. For example, it was child friendly but the entire hotel felt like a kindergarten which wasn't really comfortable for me and my family members. I preferred more activities for adults who didn't have children with them. On the advertisement there was a Aqua park, but when we were there it only existed of two swimming pools without anything exciting.

It was an excellent choice! From check-in to check-out, everything went very well. Hotel has an entertainment team which is the best part of hotel. Food was good and overall staff was very friendly

çok temiz ,bakımlı çalışanlar hiç durmadan topluyorlar ortada hiçbir pis tabak veya çöp göremezsiniz. yemeklerde sadece soğuk meze kısmı çok vasat ana yemekler ve tatlılar süper teşekkürler

Sakin, kalabalık değil. Denizi çok hoş olmamakla birlikte yemekleri idare eder. Çalışanları çok kibar.

Chambre avec moquette pas super accueillante. Mobilier réparé à notre arrivée dans la chambre (table). Pas de Wifi dans les chambres Wifi à l’accueil d’un niveau NUL. Trop faible. Une seul prise mural au niveau du lit. Le café en libre service pas top. Les jus pas top (pas des vrai jus... 1,5€ en supplément pour un vrai jus d’orange). Repas plutôt bien. Animation (« show Time ») pas adapté aux enfants. Seul la première partie est pour les enfants. Les animateurs sont cool.

Het is wel een leuke hotel, vlakbij strand, aardige personeel. Maar we zijn bij het aankomst niet voldoende geinformeerd van alle faciliteiten van het hotel, onder andere aquapark, pendelbusje van hotel naar aquapark enz.

Otelin yorumlara bakarak önyargılı olarak düşündüm ve nolursa olsun gidip görücem dedim ve rezervasyon yaptırdım. İyiki yaptırmışım otelle alakalı hiçbir problem yaşamadım, yemekler zengin seçeneklerle mevcut içecek istediğiniz an var (22:00'den sonra kapalı) havuz temiz , geceleri canlı müzik eğlence var. Odalar geniş , her gün oda temizliği yapılıyor.

We've recently stayed at this hotel. It was my first all inclusive stay. I prefer small size hotels for that they make me feel special. However, It was a reasonable stay with a kid. They offer free access to aqua park. Food is satisfying. Night entertaintment was fun. Staff is very polite.

Otel biraz kalabalıktı fakat buna rağmen aksıyan herhangi bir hizmet yoktu. Kalabalık olmasından dolayı havuza girmek mümkün değil ve plajda yer tutmak mecburi. Kablosuz internet yok.

Club Cactus paradise beklentilerimizi karşıladı,otelde bir takım eksiklikler var ancak çalışanların tavrı onu da görmemenizi sağlıyor,odalar oda temizliği gayet güzel,bir problem olduğunda çözüm odaklı davranmaları da cok hoş,kendi halinde ailesiyle tatil yapmak isteyenler için sakin sessiz temiz bir otel.ne değişebilir derseniz biraz yemeklere dikkat edebilirler evet çeşit çok aç kalmıyorsun ancak taze yapılanlar dısında kahvaltı öğlen ve aksam yemegi geliştirilebilir tazelik hususunda.onun dışında beklentilerimizi karsıladı verdiğimiz paranın hakkını da verdi her sey icin tesekkurler :)

Hotel was in a lovely spot , right on the beach . Staff were very helpful and attentive. Food and drink was good although catering more for Turkish customers. We were only British in the hotel mostly French , Turkish and Russian. This didn't bother me as my husband is Turkish . My youngest son was a bit lost as no one to play with . Free entry to the aqua park was a great bonus too. Gurmurlur is a lovely wee town and anyone looking for a relaxing holiday could do a lot worse than stay at this resort and hotel.
