ドブロブニクの場合、観光のほとんどは旧市街なので、このホテルにいるメリットは大きい。設備面のほとんどは素晴らしいが、大きなバスタブにお湯をはる際、充分たまる前に冷水になってしまう。昔は外国あるあるで済んだが、今は日本より物価も高いのだから改善して欲しい。また私は、2階の部屋だったが、1階のレストランに流れる音楽の重低音や笑い声が夜じゅう響いていた。

部屋はきれいで問題はない。旧市街全体が車が入れないが、その中にあって立地も便利。しかし、このホテルはほかのホテルの付属施設であり、単に泊まるだけの別棟。別棟の名前がホテル名になっている。予約すると空港からのタクシーのあっせん勧誘メールがくる。頼まないときも電話しろと書いてあり意味不明に思っていたが、それは旧市街の入り口で車を降ろされるという事情を説明するため。連絡すると荷物運びを手伝ってくれる。しかしあっせんタクシーはかなりの割高でUBERや流しのほうが安い。微妙なメールである。

旧市街観光の合間にもちょっと立ち寄ることができて便利でしたしｘ、部屋の広さも十分でしたが、給湯器の能力の問題で２０時ころから24時過ぎまでの入浴時間にお湯の温度が低くまるで水のようでした。夏の間は耐えられますが、冬だったらクレームものでしょう。

旧市街内で教会の目の前に位置しているため、街歩きにとても便利でした。 また、ファミリールームは部屋が広く、冷蔵庫や簡易キッチンもあり快適でした。（電子レンジはありません！）

旧市街の中のプチチホテルのアネックスです。チェックインやチェックアウトはプチチホテルで行います。プチチホテルから徒歩2分くらい。旧市街の中にあるので観光やショッピングの途中で少し休んだり荷物を置きに帰れたりできてとても便利でした。アパートタイプなので部屋の鍵と玄関の鍵を渡され自分で施錠が必要です。また長くはないですが、道路に面したドア（他の方も使用されていてプチチホテルアパート専用のドアは別になります）から少し階段があるのでスーツケース等の持ち運びは少し大変かもしれません。

The location for Old Town was 10/10, the food and tourist sights, even if our room was difficult to find. We checked in under a different hotel named “Palace.” The beds were clean and we asked for a second pillow. We went to the front desk because the TV was broken, we had no WiFi, it was little dusty, the hot water runs out in less than 5 minutes…. But the kicker was the shower door, it was off the track and difficult to move. They were not very responsive.

Bizarre building.Lighting very poor, especially when coming home at night. Doors very hard to unlock and 3 different keys to reach your room.Once in room fairly latge but bedspread very outdated..Needs updates Clean but wouldn't stay again.

Convenient location but noisy with the church bells across the street.

What a man amazing location to stay!

The room was spacious and very clean. While not luxurious, it had everything one needed. Blasius. Residence is close to everything, including great restaurants. If I returned I would stay there again.

SUPER RUIDOSO, hay dos bares justo Abajo del departamento y no dejan dormir. Deberían de tener vidrios doblez y herméticas porque también desde las 4:00 am empiezan a surtir a los restaurantes y bares de la zona, arrastrando cajas

This was a lovely apartment that was spacious and open planned with a little kitchenette and sofa. The apartment had four windows that could be opened to the hustle and bustle of the centre of the old town or could be closed for privacy and peace. The decor in the apartment was wonderful with authentic features and stone walling. All the furniture was well kept and comfortable. The air conditioning was a nice additional feature. The actual location for the apartments could not have been more Central to the old town of Dubrovnik. It was only a minute walk from the harbour and other attractions in the area.

Super loud do not not book if you have suitcases not clean and just not a great space

Mycket ljud från restaurangerna på kvällarna. Ac fungera bra men blåste över sängen så krävdes vindskydd, högt ljud från ac. Annsrs Schyst lägenhet med perfekt läge i old town.

Very friendly staff!

Noisy, despite double glazing there was a constant boom of music from a bar below. Comfortable and central, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, nor recommend it.

깨끗하고 위치는 중심부라 편리했지만 다소 시끄러웠습니다 특히 종소리땜에 자주 깼습니다 돌아다니다 중간에 들어와 쉬다 나가기 좋았습니다

An okay place with a great location!! Right in the middle of everything!!

Overall very good. Staff was nice and supportive. Fantastic location. Only slight issue was my room aqant ready on time I had to wait an additional 2 hours
