プラヤデルカルメンでの買い物の為、一泊とまりました。 近くに5thアベニーダ、メガというスーパーがあり、口コミもよかったし、立地で選びました。 実際立地はよく、五年前にいったときにはなかったサンボーンズやフォーエバー21などが入ったショッピングセンターやメキシカンのレストランは側に色々あって良かったです。 メガより400メートルほど先にある、ウォールマートのほうが遠くはなりますが、安いです。 部屋ですが、私達は二階奥の方の部屋でしたが、雰囲気は牢獄を思わせる殺風景なかんじでした。新しいホテルでモダンさを出しているのかもしれませんが、落ち着かないかんじではあります。無料の水が二本おいてあり、シャンプーリンス、ボディーソープは備え付けてあります。トイレとシャワーは別のブースになっています。ハンドシャワーにはなりませんが、水圧は充分です。 何より問題だったのは、部屋の湿気です。 入ったときはシーツがなんだかしっとりしていて気にはなったのですが、二時間ほど出かける間、エアコンをつけっぱなしででかけたにもかかわらず、出しておいた服がしっとり湿っており、鏡が曇っていたことに驚きました。 エアコンを22度くらいにするとなんとか乾燥してくるのですが、ずっとそうしていないといけないので寒くてしかたありません。 ホテルの料金に朝食つきしかないのですが、私達は翌朝ホテルを三時にはでなくてはならなかったので食べられませんでした。 早朝のため、何度も念をおしてタクシーを呼んでおいてくれるようにお願いしましたが、朝行くと案の定呼ばれていませんでした。 すぐにフロントの人が起きてきて、チェックアウトをしてタクシーを呼んでくれて、たまたま十分ほどできてくれたのでよかったのですが、いかにもメキシコのいい加減さを感じました。 総合的に考えると、立地だけでえらぶならいいとおもいます。 他の部屋が湿気がないのなら、オススメできます。

Clean room. Friendly staff. Great location.

We had a nice 5 night stay here, large room with balcony and a good breakfast. It was quiet but still close to lots of bars and restaurants so definitely worth booking this location. The pool was nice but unfortunately sections were closed off for renovation each day of our stay and one day it was closed completely. There was also no coffee machine in the room and the staff called us as we had towels drying on the balcony we had to remove. It would be good to have a drying rack on the balcony so that you can do this without being told off! We asked about late check out and were told it would only be confirmed the morning we were to check out (11PM long haul flight from Cancun that day). We chose to pay for an extra night so we could have the room until 7PM which was worth it. Not just this hotel, but would be great if the hotel could commit to a late checkout (for a fee) in advance as finding out on the morning you are due to leave is not helpful. Overall, it was a nice hotel at a reasonable price.

Opt for the breakfast in it’s a cute little boutique hotel very centralized. Just a perfect amount of walking distance felt safe as a single girl traveler.

It is clean, two blocks from 5ta. Avenida where shops and restaurants are located. Near playa mamitas. Unfortunately, we didn't not enjoyed the beach because it was full of seaweed expelled by the ocean.

Estacionamento é externo, fora do hotel, em caso de chuva você se mocha e hotel nao disponibiliza funcionario para ajuda com as malas.

Great hotel, simple but it has what you need and very quiet so very good 👍

La piscina es bastante fría, por lo que prácticamente nadie la utiliza. Considero que este hotel corresponde más a una categoría de tres estrellas; no diría que llega a más que eso. La ubicación es buena, pero algunos procedimientos del personal relacionados con el manejo de los depósitos no me generaron confianza.

HM Playa del Carmen was well located and had a great pool. Our room was very clean though the beds were hard. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. I recommend getting a room not close to the pool bar as it can get noisy at night.

Hotel molto comodo a due passi dalla zona pedonale. Da non sottovalutare la presenza di un parcheggio riservato e con guardia. L hotel é bellissimo nelle aree comuni, la nostra camera (standard) buona e con tutto l essenziale. Il personale é fantastico. Ci hanno aiutato in tutte le nostre richieste. Complimenti allo staff!!

Le bar très bien ainsi que la restauration. dommage que notre chambre 301 était située juste en dessous de l extraction de la cuisine. un vrombissement de 6 h jusqu'à 22h 30. Impossible de se reposer après les excursions. C est dommage
