総合評価とレビュー Viceroy Los Cabos

Increible el hotel, el servicio tuvimos varios problemas. Como que en recepción nos cobraron 2 veces al entrar. En la alberca el personal nos corrio de las tumbonas desocupadas por que decían q esas las ocupaban los amigos de los dueños. No supimos cómo se apagaban las luces del cuarto y nadie subió a apoyarnos. Tuvimos que dormir con ellas prendidas toda la noche. Te cobran ya directo el fee de propinas al 15% pero aparte te dejaban al firmar una fila para q agregaras propina extra y al no dejar se molestaban. La camarista se puso a hacer el cuarto de a lado a las 8:30 am y cerraba y golpeaba al hacer la limpieza. No pudimos dormir hasta tarde como queríamos por la falta de atención a cuidar nuestro sueño. El hotel espectacular en cuanto a arquitectura y funcionalidad. El servicio muy malo. Quitando el capitán y el gerente. Cuando nos quejamos se vieron muy serviciales solo por eso no nos fuimos y nos permitieron quedarnos en la tarde a disfrutar de las instalaciones

Todo excelente , si tuviera que hacer un comentario quizá seria que el restaurante para desayunos es pequeño y se satura y por lo mismo el personal se nota rebasado y algunos meseros son poco atentos con los huéspedes

The property and rooms were very clean. All the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Alexis was my amazing host and he made the experience very special. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. I would stay here again.

Unique design, great service

Great service and friendly staff. Very responsive. Super cool architecture by the pool oceanfront area but hotel was comprised of multiple structures and no lobby with presence. Grounds appeared unkempt. Lots of areas needed painting. Hotel opened up onto a regular street and ocean is not swimmable. There were no bars near the pools but the wait staff was attentive.

Great place, great staff, great food

Wonderful stay, one of the best food experiences at a resort in Mexico, location is close to the airport, service felt like 5 star ratings (shout out to Reynaldo at the beach and Laura and Oscar for butler service), the spa provided stellar massages (I highly recommend Nancy, she was a magician and made my neck pain disappear! I got two massages because it was so amazing and relaxing). The only downfall at Viceroy is the lack of musical ambiance, either pool had music playing and they wouldn’t allow personal speakers. It felt too quiet, like everyone could hear each other which makes things a bit awkward. I think they do this because there is a DJ on the ‘beach club’ space directly next to the pool, on Viceroy property. You have to pay to sit at the chairs there but there is no pool in that area so it’s kind of a waist to sit in the hot sun without a pool. The DJ’s speakers weren’t loud enough to really reach the adjacent pool side and when we asked to turn it up the people at the residence next to the DJ complained. If there was good music to vibe to at the pool (and doesn’t need to be like a party, just something for a white noise background) than this would absolutely be the place I’d continue coming to in Cabo!

Viceroy was definitely a Cabo stay to remember. Top service, food was excellent (from pool to dinners to room service), spa was phenomenal. I had a massage from Nancy and it was so good I went back for two more services with her! I’ve had a lot of massages before and she was one of the top masseuses I’ve encountered. Service at the pool was stellar! Reynaldo took care of us throughout our stay and made the pool experience a 5 star rating. Their one downfall at Viceroy is the lack of music at the pools, there is no background music to vibe to which made a lot of guests annoyed. The 4 star rationing. The spa is very expensive

Todo excelente , sin queja alguna y pues si acaso comentar que el frigobar , hubo como 2 dias que no enfriaba pero lo reportamos y enseguida lo arreglaron , recomiendo este Hotel , esta increible

This was the most beautiful hotel I have stayed at. We had an ocean view room. The pools of water all across the hotel grounds create a sense of calm. The dining options are top notch and we walked into old town a couple of times. Can’t recvonend this hotel enough.
