旧市街地の中にあり、観光の拠点としてはBest。ただし、アパートメントまでのアクセスには階段が多いため、スーツケースがある場合には、運んでもらうサービスを利用するほうがよい。アパートメント管理者より事前にコンタクトがあり、その際にOfferがあるので利用をお勧めする。メゾネットタイプの部屋を利用したが、クーラーが上階にしかなく、下の会は不便があった。備品に洗濯機があるが、使用できなかった。早朝の出発だったため、空港まで安全なTaxiがつかまるか不安だったが、アパートメント管理者に頼んだところ、よい車を安価(Taxiの2割り増し程度)手配してくれた。旧市街地の中にもいくつかスーパーがあるので、生活用品の買出しには困らない。

Apartment was great for family with a very large living/dining area. Unfortunately the aircon is upstairs and the bedrooms are downstairs. The main room was very small and the beds are so hard, it was quite uncomfortable without aircon and so we tried sleeping upstairs on the lounges! Pillows are also huge and too big! It’s unfortunate as the facilities are excellent.

Great location! Loved being able to walk everywhere. Coffee in the square early in the AM was grand. Little pastry shop there too. Expect to do lots of steps but worth it. (All the town is one big stairmaster with steps all over). Staff was great and helpful. Stored our bags after checkout.

We enjoyed our stay at Apartments Foteza. Its location in Old Town is convenient, yet you need to be prepared for the many steps up to the apartment. However, this is common for many places in Old Town. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The space is compact, but works. Their is one split AC in the main room, so it needs to run a while to cool the air in the bedroom. Their is a small kitchen setup, but we didn't use it. Checking in and getting the key was much easier than anticipated given the intructions prior to arrival.

숙소와 리셉션의 위치가 다른데 사전에 정보를 주지 않아 많은 짐을 들고 식구들과 함께 힘들게 찾아 여행지의 첫 이미지가 매우 불쾌했습니다. 청결및 침구 상태도 열악했습니다.

Nous avons réservé un appartement pour 7 personnes. Pou prendre les repas, Il n’y avait qu’une petite table pour 4 personnes J’ai signalé qu’il manquait des couverts (seulement 5 petites cuillères, 6 fourchettes etc ....) et que le distributeur de produit douche était vide à notre arrivée . Nous sommes resté 4 jours et personne n’est venu malgré mes relances ( 2 intermédiaires se relançant la balle et promettant qu’ils allaient venir dans la journée ...) L’ électricité disjonctait de façon répétée : la réponse a été « ça arrive lorsque tout les appartements utilisent l’électricité Au même moment ... . Pour finir l’agence en charge de nous remettre les clés nous a dit que le dernier jour nous pouvions leur confier nos bagages en attendant de quitter la ville : en réalité ils nous ont envoyé chez un commerçant voisin qui gardait les bagages pour 2€ par bagage et par heure !

Location was very good, apartment was nice nice. The only thing that we didn’t like was that the bed seemed to make us both feel extremely itchy & so we didn’t sleep very well, not sure why this was.

구도심에 위치해서 편리하지만, 높이 올라가야해서 짐이 많다면 고민해볼법하다. 주변은 대체로 조용한편이어서 밤에 조용하고 도시의 골목을 즐기기엔 좋다. 다만, 실내에서 물냄새가 나는게 흠이다.

In the old town close to everything, but a bit worn out

Apartment is located on the top of a steep hill in the old town, you have to climb the stairs. The keys were not delivered to the door as promised, as they need to be collected from the office. The apartment itself was clean and very nice. The surroundings are beautiful.

Appartement très propre. Les lits sont confortables et il y a de l'aération dans l'appartement avec 2 grandes et 2 petites fenêtres. La personne qui nous a accueillis a été très aimable et nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement des appareils. Endroit calme, loin du brouhaha de la foule en bas. Il faut avoir de bonnes jambes car il y a 120 marches avant d'arriver à l'appartement. Mais l'effort en vaut la peine.

El apartamento tiene una buena ubicación dentro del centro histórico. Es limpio y cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía corta.

Within old town walls. Very close to night life but far enough way to be able to sleep at night. Tip - Part of the beauty of the old town is that nowhere is accessible by car so you need to carry your case, so make sure It has wheels. Shower amazing. Clean. Staff great. Loads of hangers. Extra blankets. Fridge. Hob. Free WiFi. Beds comfy. Towels provided. Loved it. If I had to really scrape the barrel for negatives, best I can come up with is the lack of kettle, toaster and hair dryer (how very British!). Hugely recommended apartment

Ich bin nach 8h unterwegs mit meinen beiden Kindern (3 & 4,5 Jahre) in Dubrovnik angekommen. Das erste Appartement war eine riesige Katastrophe und total verschimmelt. So habe ich in der Hochsaison bis 01:00 Uhr (am) versucht umzubuchen und Foteza gebucht, was bestätigt wurde. Am nächsten Tag rief ich da 09:00 Uhr an und die sagten mir sie seien überbucht... In Rücksprache mit hotels.com und Foteza wurde mir dann eine Lösung innert 1-2h geboten. Schlussendlich kam es dann doch noch gut. Im Foteza waren wir nie, darum kann ich es nicht bewerten.

The apartment is situated in the heart of old town. It is an amazing location with just a few minutes walk to the old town shops and restaurants and extremely close to the famous buza bars with cliffs to jump into the refreshing ocean. The apartment is equip with all things needed for a stay in Dubrovnik. Staff were extremely helpful with information and tranfsfers. Highly recommend.
