マチュピチュへ行く前と後と二回宿泊しました。スタッフは、みんなフレンドリーで好感が持てます。部屋は清掃が行きとどき、滞在に不都合はありません。朝食は、ブッフェスタイルで日替りの料理があります。レストランや主だった観光対象には徒歩で行くことができます。便利なホテルと思います。

受付の横のポットにコーヒーが入っている。朝６時にホテルを開門時に宿泊予定者がどっと入って来た。朝食は６時から９時でチェックアウトが１０時、チェックインが１１時となっている。トイレに紙を捨てるなと言うステッカーが張っている部屋がある。トイレットペーパーを含む様だ。嘔吐したら、吐物でトイレが詰まってしまった。本当に、配管が狭いようだ。日本から持参したスーパーの袋に水を入れて流したら詰まりが解除された。これでは、トイレットペーパーで詰まる可能性がある。近医のプライベートクリニック（Medical Network)を紹介されたが、医療レベルはまずまず？（いまいち）。体力があれば、日本大使館の紹介病院をチェックすべきだった。

英語が話せるホテルスタッフがいましたので、コミュニケーションしやすかったです。 朝食も、比較的メニューが豊富で、満足でした。主要な観光スポットも徒歩圏内でよかったです。

Absolutely love this hotel. Would stay there time and time again for sure. They held our bags for us before and after check in bc of early and late flights. The main market is right outside it’s doors too and it’s within walking distance to everything you want to see in Cusco.

I like the location of the hotel very close to San Pedro Market. I didn’t like the small size of the single room as well as the very spotty wifi, which turns on and off at will.

Me gusto mucho el hotel, muy bonito y agradable, su personal fue muy atento; unicamente tuvimos inconveniente con la television de la habitacion, (no funcionaba el cable), pero nos cambiaron de habitacion y todo fue excelente despues de esto.

They are very nice but we had the room by front desk, very noisy heard people coming in and leaving at all times.

Buen tamaño de desayunador. Bonitos patios internos. Limpieza diaria, desayuno de acuerdo al promedio de cusco. Lo único que no me gustó fue la habitación, muy pequeña, sin ventana por lo cuál no tenía ventilación.

Great location, clean, and the first hot shower I have had while in the country for two weeks. Would recommend to anyone staying in Cusco. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

No ofrecieron disculpas en su momento por la falta de funcionamiento del hidromasaje y tampoco ofrecieron pagar menos tarda por este inconveniente en los 3 días de estancia.

Room was dirty, I got fleabites from the bed. Breakfast was inedible, eggs were raw. Staff tried but...

Havíamos cancelado o hotel anterior pois foi uma grande decepção e o Hotel Jungle Cusco salvou nossa estadia em Cusco. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, limpeza impecável e áreas comuns lindas. Único ponto negativo é que a porta principal fecha depois das 22h e é preciso ficar tocando a campainha até que o porteiro acorde e venha te atender.
