Nice hotel. Located in the center of Chania, but a bit noisy.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

You need to realize that you are located in the middle of the most touristy area, with stores, restaurants, tourists and noise galore. That’s why 4 stars instead of 5

Amazing location, room condition and staff. Very helpful. Great breakfast. Great air conditioning and balcony. My only issue was the scent from the cleaning products.

We had a corner room with a balcony on both sides overlooking the busy restaurant and shopping area below. The room was larger than we expected. The only negative was that there was a step up into the bathroom, which we had to keep reminding ourselves of, especially at night.

Good breakfast, clean rooms and a modern build with a friendly staff. Overall great stay. Only wish a full single bed was provided and not two twins side by side.

Very convenient

Loved this property. In the middle of the action! staff was soooo friendly and gave great local recommendations, especially Areti! One thing was no parking, as this is in a pedestrian area, but we parked at a structure a couple minute walk away.

Really nice room and clean. Great location if you want to be in the middle of Old Town Chaina. Be aware that parking is EXTREMELY difficult in this area even on weeknights.

Great location in the city center, spotless rooms with daily cleaning, and exceptionally friendly staff. Highly recommended!

First thing to know is that a cab does not pull up to the hotel as the area is restricted to vehicles. Mind you it’s not a far walk, but we came in by bus from Heraklion and it took us a bit to find the hotel and we had a few suitcases to lug with us. Thankfully the wheels did not fall off😂. Our room was small so we requested an upgrade and they were very accommodating. We had a balcony and really enjoyed sipping some wine and absorbing the energy. Location is prime, walking distance to everything. There is a small elevator there which is a bonus. Overall a nice enjoyable experience

Very friendly, accommodating and kind staff, Maria and Areli are the best you can find. They went so out of their way to help us. Hotel is located in a pedestrian old town of Chania so there is no parking closed by. It’s a problem for the old town area.

Great location and awesome breakfast

The place was beautiful and spacious. The location was great, central to everything.

While I only got to spend one night at the property, it was definitely a property I considered staying at for longer. The staff was very friendly both at check-in and check out. I did initially have a bit of trouble finding the location as it’s right in the middle of, an area with restaurants and shopping and easy to miss. That being said, there being an elevator and also it was very quiet for being in a busy neighborhood spot. I would definitely consider staying here in the future if I should return to the area.

Hands down recommend staying here. Walking distance EVERYWHERE. Brealfast was delicious. Rooms are spacious. Loved it
