Karena sepertinya saya tidak akan sempat check-in, saya menelepon dan mereka menjawab dalam bahasa Jepang, yang sangat membantu. Saya berhasil check-in, dan lokasinya bagus, jadi saya dapat menikmati perjalanan yang menyenangkan di Korea!

私たちはここに 4 泊しましたが、とても気に入りました。明洞駅 9 番出口から徒歩わずか 3 分のロケーションで、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。受付エリアには飲料水とスナックが用意され、部屋には毎日 2 本のボトル入り飲料水が用意され、トイレにはビデがあり、ベッドは快適で、ホテルにとても満足しました。

Not fond of it, I lost my daugther 's tiger doll and 1 part of her shoes, I left it in the room after I checked out (which I only move to the room next door). And they said I don't left anything behind, maybe the cleaning lady took it. But only 1 part of the shoe, for what?

I have mixed feelings about this hotel, it ' s nice, good location, friendly staff. But I lost my daughter ' s tiger doll, and 1 part of her shoes here. I moved to the next room on my 5th night, so I definitely left them in the previous room, but they said I didn't and nothing is left. I don't know why they lie, or maybe the cleaning lady take em home.

Hotel room for three is spacious enough to accommodate us and our 5 luggages. Bathroom was clean and equipped with bidet. Most importantly, hotel team and staff are very helpful and nice! Our pre-stay, stay, and post-stay was great with Hotel Creto. Definitely will consider rebooking for future trips 😊.

ห้องพักสะอาด เหมือนในรูป มีอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำให้ทุกอย่าง มีการทำความสะอาดให้ทุกวัน มีลิฟต์ มีที่ชั่งกระเป๋าให้ที่ชั้น2 และให้ยืมหัวแปลงปลั๊กด้วย ใกล้เมียงดงสุดๆ โดยรวมคือชอบมากๆ แต่ห้องค่อนข้างเล็ก กางกระเป๋าทีก็คือที่เดินแทบจะไม่มีเลย และเตียงยวบไปหน่อย นอกนั้นโอเคหมดเลย รับฝากกระเป๋าด้วย 👍🏻

Comfortable room, near shopping area,best place in the myeondong

Spend the whole 7 days holiday at Creto and it was splendid. The staff was very helpful, especially if you can’t speak Korean, because they speak English (this is a rare find in Korea, In my other holiday to Korea I stay in big hotel in Gangnam, even they don’t speak good English). In creto they even help me to order a Taxi with their apps and going extra mile with explain to the taxi driver the address I’m about to go to. Little things matters! In creto they don’t have breakfast. But right downstairs there’s little cafe and you can order breakfast for only 5000 won (very good deal!) and it’s a good breakfast (you should try their waffles + whipped cream + caramel on top. About location, it’s a perfect one. In myeongdong, but not really in the middle so it’s not noisy, also located very near to lala market, so you can buy everything for people at home and just back to hotel. And also it’s right behind sejong hotel (so if you going back to hotel you can just tell the driver to go to sejong hotel, most of taxi driver will know)

部屋は大人3人が泊まるのに十分な広さで、大きな荷物を広げることもできます。ベッドは快適です。ロケーションも最高です。スタッフはとても親切でした。チェックイン時間の2時間前に到着しましたが、アーリーチェックインを許可していただき、長時間の移動で疲れていた私たちにとってはとても助かりました。空港バスの停留所までわずか5分です。荷物がない場合は、空港から電車で行くのも良いでしょう。鉄道駅もホテルのすぐ近くにあります。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

My second stay at Creto. The service is excellent as always. Perfect stay.

I've stayed at many hotels around the world and creto hotel has one of the most awesome service I've ever got. It's just 2 minutes away walking from the Myeongdong shuttle bus (6001 and 6015) which came from the airport. The room and everything was so clean! The staff speaks English fluently, they're super friendly and helpful. They even fixed my broken shoes!! I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is at very convenient location. Room decoration is nice and provided with all needed facility. I had a pleasure stay there, would come back in the future.

The room look exactly like in the picture. Clean and comfort. Near shopping area. A lot of street food around the hotel.

Saya menginap 6 hari di creto, menurut saya kamarnya bersih, karyawannya ramah, dekat dengan pusat pembelanjaan di myeongdong. Tapi ukuran kamar agak kecil mungkin untuk keluarga kecil cukup.

Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. If using train from Incheon Airport just get off at Myeongdong station Exit 10, but if you bring large and heavy luggage using Exit 7 with escalator with a slightly longer walk to the hotel. Will be back to stay here again if I have to visit Seoul. Gamsahamnida Creto!

新しいホテル、清潔、受付スタッフも良かった。部屋は小さいですが、スペースはよく整頓されており、窮屈ではありません。明洞エリアに位置しています。しかし中心部ではないので、あまり混雑していません。近くにはレストラン、コンビニ、お土産店などがたくさんあります。機会があれば、ぜひまた戻って宿泊したいと思います。

This hotel is very close to the exit 10 myeongdong station. The hotel is small but still cozy. I had my triple room (with 3 single beds) but still very comfort. The staff can speak english very fluent and they helped me a lot when I needed something
