The washroom set up was not something we preferred

The hotel is dated. In need of some tlc. Rooms were comfortable but also need some renos

Ice machine, elevator and pool all closed due to being broken.

Please don’t stay here. When we were staying there was a wedding party organised. At 1am These people were making notice and i brought to the notice of the front desk staff. She mentioned that we forgot to inform you that there will be wedding party and there will be noise. I asked her at 00:45 AM. She said yes. Terrible.

Our room was clean, we enjoyed the king size bed. Had a good breakfast in the restaurant before heading out. Walking distance to amenities which was nice. Also enjoyed the pool !

Room was good but obvious signs the property is not being maintained: swimming pool out of service, ice maker on floor out of service, elevator out of service. Property generally dated. Breakfast was good and wait staff very friendly.

Hotel was very unclean. Air conditioner leaked all over the floor leaving the carpet sopping wet. There was long hair left in the shower and on the toilet. Towels and facecloths were also dirty. Bathroom sink smelled moldy. Will not be staying there again.

Our room was one of the most comfortable on our stay thus far. Everyone on staff, from front desk to housekeeping was outgoing and friendly. The hotel is by far the most centrally located, which is so convenient. We would easily stay here again.

The hotel itself is ok. There is no breakfast included in the price of the room or at least there was nothing brought to my attention upon arrival. The bed is not comfortable and the pillows are worse. Don't trust the cleaning staff here. I inadvertently left my hearing aid charging unit in the room and I called by end of day and the person who cleaned my room either left it in the room or stole it. This is useless to anyone unless they own the exact brand and style of hearing aids the charger is make for. I don't know why these people insist on taking what is not theirs.

Rooms clean, staff and breakfast was wonderful

The hotel is a nice, older building, centrally located with friendly staff. Good restaurant.

Not super clean but ok

It was kind of run down. It wasn’t ideal for dog owners, which was why we chose it as a waypoint on the way to where we were going. Parking was an issue.
