Ease of check in. Friendly staff. Clean room.

Rooms were very clean, front desk was very friendly however, Restaurant was closed in the morning and couldn’t get towels to our room in the morning until 9:30 am and we wanted to leave at 9. First time this has happened to us as this is our usual place to stay

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. The owners are incredibly kind, hospitable, and always available, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. The rooms were spotless, the views were spectacular, and the food was excellent. We especially appreciated the effort they make to provide healthy, nourishing options. This hotel is also excellent value for the money. The tides, the surrounding views, and the nearby hikes are truly remarkable. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

I never knew what time it was while in the room. There was no clock radio and there was no tv guide on the television.

Not the friendliest staff upon check-in. Which I thought was odd for Newfoundland. Drug addicts hanging around the property. Carpets were dirty in the lobby. Laundry room was only accessed from outside and had not been cleaned in some time with black mold in the ceiling. Rooms were outdated and black mold in shower as well. We left a day early and found another hotel room. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

We had a comfortable stay for one night. Breakfast was good but not included with the room.

Been at this hotel quite a few times, but several policy changes since my last stay 6 months ago. Wanted ID, my husband couldn’t check in on our booking and was a little silly about the policy.

Great room and location.

The property is old but well kept. The room was comfortable and very clean.

Spotless rooms- super comfy beds and great shower. The restaurant staff are amazing and the food is great. Actually all the staff are great, including housekeeping who always smile and greet you in the hallway. Awesome location dt.

Hotel needs to be updated, No heat in the bathroom so it was cold when you went in there, They only have double beds, they are comfortable but would be nice if they were a bit bigger. Pool area needs a big upgrade, really echoe when there is a lot of people there, and not much room when it’s full. We had to pay for breakfast because we booked through a 3rd party but it was worth the money. This is my family’s 2nd time staying there

Pool area was not clean, rooms are dated and require maintenance.

The Greenwood needs updating.
